Despite this, this agency keeps contacting me by email and voicemail, claiming that "Blue Cross sent them a notice about an unprocessed payment" and asking me to "process the payment" through them. This is completely false. Anthem never sends my payment information to third-party agents, and no legitimate Covered California representative asks you to pay through a storefront or by replying to an email. Their messages were misleading, pressure-based, and sounded like an attempt to collect money that they are not entitled to. Even if this business is real, their tactics are extremely dishonest. No insurance agency should be contacting people with false claims about unpaid premiums in order to get them to pay through them. I already paid my insurer directly. There is no reason for them to contact me for money. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

The agent who sold me the second Dental Policy did not inform me of a six months waiting period, as a matter of fact he doesn't even know what benefits are included in the policy. He specifically told me that my policy is effective immediately the month after the purchase date. I needed my wisdom tooth removal and decided to visit the dentist. The office manager at precision family dentistry was being very irresponsible at her job and completely screwed me up, she suggest that i go back and speak to the people who sold me the policy because she doesn't know the details of my dental insurance policy and yet continue to billed me in full. I scheduled an appointment to speak to valley quote insurance regarding my dental insurance. The broker agent called my insurance company and put it on speaker, Alex was present he over heard the conversation on the phone, he clearly seems to know what was going on and gave us some insights of how the dentist works he said that it's their responsibility to know the patients dental insurance coverages when running the background check. I noted what the insurance rep said over the phone and noted the tips from Alex. I brought it up to Alex attention that his staff did not inform me of a 6 months waiting period, everyone in the office just stare at me and said nothing. Me and my husband return to the dentist to speak to the office manager and the doctor. I'm assuming when Alex called the dental manager they exchange words that wasn't even true and completely threw us under the bus. I'm very disappointed in two companies that colluded on a truthful patient/client. Very unethical to desperately have your Facebook friends rate you 5 stars on Facebook back to back when nobody rated you until I did. Very unprofessional and extremely embarrassing to the entire community of Merced County. Btw You didn't have to delete my Google review I'm sorry if it was that much of a threat I was only stating the truth.

Randy and his team 1st helped me with auto insurance. He was able to get me more coverage for a…read morebetter price. A few months later he helped me with Home Owners Insurance. After the Insurer dropped me because of the type of roof I had, my mortgage company put a new policy in place without my knowing. Randy set up a replacement policy that would cover the roof and when we found out about the Banks policy, he walked me through a side-by-side comparison of the policies. He pointed out that the banks policy was for an owner who is renting their house out and was not what I needed since I live in the home. He and his staff made several calls to my mortgage bank and the other insurance company when we realized that the mortgage company sent my payment to the wrong company. To make a long story short, they were able to resolve the issue and get me the full refund versus the partial refund that the other insurance was trying to keep. CSAA was the only facility that readily scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday. Their only day of the week they provide this free service. Pulled into their parking bay and took care of child seat inspection right away. They taught me how to install. Shoulder harness is pulled all out then in a few inches to hear click click sound confirming belt is in lock mode. So when belt is snaked through car seat and locked into latch opposite side then slowly release belt webbing until it is locked tight while you use your knee to sit on seat. Jiggle middle of car seat and should have no play exceeding 1 inch in either direction.

I came in to do a dmv process for an out of state registration & turns out they can only do it when it's convenient to them & not for the customer. They give you a date for an appointment far out so yo have no choice but to go to the dmv. It's always something here, always. Mean while I go to other locations never an issue.
