I picked New Horizons based on their location and reviews. Boy am I sorry I didn't do further research. I saw Dale Woolbright. He was okay but loved to talk politics which wasn't comfortable for me. My biggest issue was their billing. The actual office has no idea about what they are billing and sent me to some billing office in another state. The actual bills were nearly impossible to understand. The top columns had no headings so it was difficult to know what my insurance deducted or even paid. The girl in the office in the other state sent more paperwork to try to clear up the confusion and made it more confusing. I think I was over billed but just wanted to be done with the practice so I paid it. I would not recommend this physical therapy office and wished I had done better research. Also, many of the sessions were all different prices which should be explained in the bill. read more

Dale and his staff (in New Albany) treat everyone on an individual basis and works diligently to seek the best form of treatment and exercises. I went from constant lower back pain and a few hours of sleep each night to greater mobility, minimal pain and apx. seven hours of sleep. I'm faithfully doing the core strenghtening excercises at home; and if the need arises, I will again seek help from them. read more

Highly recommend!!!! Been a patient for 6+years off and on. 3rd time to be healed. Docs recommended surgery for disc issues in neck first time but I didn't want this. Any time an issue arises I go and do therapy and it's all better!!!! read more

I would highly recommend New Horizons Physical Therapy! I went in to see Dale Woolbright for terrible shoulder pain that I had dealt with for most of my adult life. He discovered that it was actually a nerve in my neck that was causing my pain. Over the course of one summer he was able to eliminate my pain through a combination of exercises and traction. He not only eased the pain, he taught me how to treat myself so that I can deal with any recurrences on my own at home. I have been receiving my Physical Therapy at the Jeffersonville office. The Therapist is Jessica Faller. Ms Faller is the picture of the ultimate Professional. Every movement that i was asked to do was described and I was advised what that exercise would be accomplishing. I'm in my 5th of 6 weeks of therapy and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their service. The front counter could not possibly be anymore helpful. He was very caring and concerned with her well-being, and did a great job helping her, and recommending exercises to help her maintain her good physical health.
