However, after speaking with the manager Lauren she's completely changed my outlook on this company. She really gives true meaning to "one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch". She took the time to listen to my complaints without invalidating them. I really appreciated that. I always feels awkward when I have to complain about a service, and she let me know that she understood. She even spoke with her supervisor (the owner) about the situation and came up with a very helpful solution. I'm really thankful to them as well as the young man who worked on my iPad the 2nd time. A month later, and a lot of money, I picked up the watch. They only shortened one half of the band (it's a split band) and used yellow gold to solder it. It doesn't sit on my wrist as it should since one half of the band is longer than the other, and the yellow gold shows up significantly against the white gold. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure if i should be rating the home itself, but i'm rating the mtn bike trails here…read more for a long time biker, this is a pretty good trail. it's a little confusing for the first time as there are numbers all over the place and they don't go in order. and there are several bypass trails that shortcut several times. but it is fast singletrack, and since my odometer has been broken for several months now (too lazy to repair it), i'm not sure how long it is, but i've read it's about 5-6 miles and it takes me anywhere from 30-45 minutes to complete. the local cross country team runs there, so if there's a meet there, you won't be able to ride. but it's nice and shady, paralleling a stream at some point, through pines and forest, and it's just a really good trail for a quick ride after work. if you are a trail runner, beware of poison ivy as it is rampant.

There is talk of a transitional housing program for the young women who leave the grounds when they reach a certain age, so that they have a better rate of successfully transitioning to independent living. There was also an addition of a part time teacher on site to help get the students back on track, as some have trouble in the Bibb County School System (not surprising). I am very excited about the new ideas and hope that Macon will re-discover this program with positive, productive, and respectful opinions.

They are not cheap, but I think they did a great job on the three pieces of clothing I dropped off. I had a dress ($11.95), a sweater ($5.95), and some pants ($5.95). I thought the price for the dress was a tad expensive, but maybe I'm just out of touch with what the market rate is these days. Again, I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner since March 2020. Either way, my clothes look great and smell fresh. I'll be returning soon and look forward to checking out their alteration services as well!
