Great service - friendly people. Car got really clean and they paid attention to detail.

Disgusting atmosphere. There were 3 homeless people in one of the stalls smoking something that was probably not legal. The card machine is terrible, you have to swipe like 10 times for it to go through once. the business also does a terrible job of explaining what you're paying for. After swiping my card 10 times, it finally goes through and water starts spraying. I had enough time to pressure wash the outside of my tesla model 3, and cover half the car in foam. then the machine turns off. i get a notification from the bank that i got charged $10 at the car wash. now my car is half covered in soap so i pay again and finish covering my car in soap, and rinse it off. Took maybe 30 more seconds. i try to turn off the pump early so i don't get charged the whole $10 again but even if you change the knob to off the timer still counts down like you're still using it. so i ended up getting charged $20 for maybe using the water and soap for maybe 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Would never go back. Avoid at all costs. read more

No prices listed on the self serve car wash. $5 in tokens got me maybe 5 minutes...but I couldn't even tell since the screen was broken. Took the risk of swiping my card because my van was half covered in soap still. There are better and cheaper car washes elsewhere. read more

Took my car here to get a car wash.. after leaving it was still completely dirty and covered in dust. I had taken it up in the hills and it was just dust dirt it wasn't mud and the car wash couldn't even get the back end of my car this is not the only car wash that is not successful I don't know if they are just not made how they used to be their overruns or the dudes in the front when they scrub your car aren't doing their job right I would definitely skip this car wash and go to another one. read more

For $9, I gave the basic wash a shot. Not only did it leave scratches on my car, it have me a flat tire within two minutes of exiting. Clearly something on their track punctured it! Not happy. Didn't even get my receipt, but I plan on contacting them. read more

Completely awful car wash. I got a chip in the paint, the emblems on the truck got torn off, the truck got DIRTIER, and it left some big orange stain on the passenger side door that I had to spend 15 minutes scrubbing off. Absolute joke. Stay away if you care about your vehicle. read more

I've mostly used the self service area, and there's been no problem with waiting for a lane to open (though I tend to go during the week while most folks are at work). It's better to use quarters since it gives you more control over how much time you get, plus you don't have to waste time going back and running your credit card again. It usually costs me $5 to wash my sedan. read more

Friendly, organized, and you often see the owner working along side his employees. Shows he cares about his customers and the quality of your wash. The wet towels are a great added touch to do a quick wipe on the dash as your car is going through the wash. read more

Been to this place several times with usually good to acceptable results. Not this time, on 12/08/19. Wrecked the drivers side of my new $36,000 car. Dozens of 6 to 12 inch long scratches to the metal all over the drivers side. Heartbroken. Will have to get my two month old car painted. Will not return and advise no one else to go. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. They are always so nice and friendly. Today I got my car washed twice. The second time was free as they were training and the owner or manager thought they missed a couple of spots. I did tell him my car was super dirty. He said it was all good. This is a really great facility. I've been reluctant to using an automatic carwash to trust bringing my Tesla through. After considering it for a long time, I finally gave it a shot. Their system seems to be the perfect compromise of good cleaning and a gentle touch. The guys knew to remind me to turn off my auto wipers too. I'll be back! read more

My old car this place got all the spots and always made it look amazing. With my new car it doesn't get some spots but that may be because it's lifted? Not sure. I don't trust any other car wash because they usually leave scratches. I think it's really cool this place offers a monthly membership. I used the shampooer/vacuum combination first. It slowly released some suds into the car, they didn't seem to have any cleaning power and the vacuum didn't work at all. I tried a vacuum only station next to get rid of the suds. It also didn't work. Super frustrating to waste my money and still need to go to another car wash to get rid of the suds and vacuum my car. So I contacted the company and requested a refund. I got a prompt, polite response saying they'd send a refund. It never arrived. I politely waited a few weeks, then checked in. I was told the refund was sent so I told him that it never arrived and suggested he check and confirm no check had been cashed. He then said he'd sent cash (people still do that?) and that someone took the money. I let him know it was highly unlikely the receptionist risked her job for a few dollars and notes that all my other mail arrives just fine. I requested he send the refund, this time by check. He refused. I would've given this a low rating anyway, because even a polite response doesn't negate that the equipment doesn't work (again, I tried two stations). For me, this place was a complete waste of money and seeking a refund was a complete waste of time. read more

They were super fast and polite. My car was sooo bad and they did a pre wash type rinse so that my paint wouldn't damage.

My first time here. I purchased the $13.00 wash and I was disappointed. There were multiple areas that were still dirty even though accessible areas to the washer..Oh well, my car is shiny in some areas and dirty on others. The employees were friendly. I was there yesterday, was so impressed how 3 worker's hand scrubbed the white SUV in front of me... Well when it was my turn 1 guy kind of hit and missed on the passenger side... VERY DISAPPOINTED... I am a disabled woman, I paid $13.00 for my wash because I had bird and bug poo on it. I thought with the way they were with the car in front of me and the car wash would do great... Well No it wasn't. So I got back in line, ( I was 3rd or 4 the in line ) Right off the girl who takes your money comes up and said WHAT'S THE PROBLEM??? New Image Car Wash is a business with integrity. After having my car washed there, the following day I noticed roof molding was gone. I call New Image to see if it had come off there. The could have denied any knowledge of the molding, but they did the right thing. The ordered new molding from Kendell and installed it for me. This car wash is average. The customer service is great, I like that they offer a wet towel to clean the inside of your car. I would've rather paid $5 for the $7 express wash I got, but I can't really complain. Would've liked someone to towel dry my windows at the end so they aren't so spotted, but I can do that myself I guess. read more

Five stars! Last time we washed our car was in Montana, we drive south through the desert and into California up to here. Car was covered in bugs. It's the worse we have ever let out car get. Got the $13.00 executive wash and wow- not one bug! Spotless. We are impressed. Not bad. Worth the $$ read more

The ONLY reason I didn't give five stars, is because they don't have the new option to use a debit card for the self wash. The full service 7 dollar wash is definitely worth not having to wash my own car or truck. Very friendly, very courteous. Otherwise, well worth the value. read more
