This dentist office took my money. I gave them a deposit of $400 on $6000 worth of work that I'm paying for out of my pocket. I have been to several appointments with them already paying them a decent amount of money for x-rays n check ups. I have had to reschedule once in the past and when I went to go reschedule again today they told me that they would not reschedule me irrelevant of the reason I told them my son was sick and throwing up they told me they don't care and they were going to keep my money and that they would not Reschedule me for a new appointment basically. I do not suggest you going to this dentist office. If this is the normal practice then we have created a society of criminals with a smile. You should have told me this was a unrefundable deposit when you had me pay you the deposit to reschedule. You were more than happy to reschedule me on that day when I gave you my money. I hope you guys are proud of yourself. You just lost a $6000 deal over a slimy $400 that you snuck away from me under my nose. At least all of the staff and dental assistances were extremely friendly and as helpful as possible I blame the dentist for forcing them to take my money and not reschedule. I apologize for being rude with them and name-calling before I hung up due to being upset over this whole situation which does not excuse my ugly behavior. read more

I just recently switched to New Image Dentistry, and I must say my experience has been great so far. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, my dental hygienist. Lisan was a joy, and Dr. Mah was very thorough and informative. I would highly recommend this office. read more

Incompetent staff across the board at this location, starting from the front desk, to the hygienists, billing and management. Quoted me in-network prices for the provider and then charged me out of network prices. The dentist had not been credentialed yet for this location, but management evidently decided to let her practice. When I called to ask about it, they waived that fee but somehow "found" a four hundred dollar charge that I "did not pay". Here is my overall experience at this location, and I implore you to seek better providers I had a root canal done on a tooth. The hygienist casted the tooth for a permanent crown and gave me a temporary crown. The temporary popped off 20 minutes after leaving. I had to return to have it re-glued after a weekend of sucking at a hole in my teeth. When I returned for the permanent crown, the crown did not fit. The dentist tried to fit the crown by grinding it down and could not. They had to re-cast the tooth and I had to come back a second time to have the new permanent crown seated. Well, that one didn't fit either, so the dentist busted out the grinder again and annihilated the crown to make it fit. The fit was so tight that my teeth ached for days before starting to taper off. Also, to boot, the shoddy crown cracked about six months after and had to be replaced. About six months after service, I received a bill from this location indicating that I owed more money to the provider because they were out of network. I fought against that and they reverted that charge, but suddenly found an outstanding balance of nearly 400 dollars that I "owed". Do yourself a favor and travel the extra few minutes to find a better provider. This is not the place to go. read more

I went to New image dentistry on palm bay rd in palm bay, FL. I had got a lower partial. Came in for adjustment. THE DENTAL ASSISTANT adjusted it! It's against the law for a ASSISTANT to do this. I told the front desk about it. They made up excuses. They knew it was wrong. Got nervous. I left, call corporate 4times to complain. Noone has ever called me back. The Palm Bay branch office manager Andrea is rude. After waiting 20 minutes for my cleaning I approached the desk to inquire about how much longer I would need to wait. Andrea the manager said she didn't know. Can you find out? i replied I arrived at 9:21 for a 9:30 appointment, handed my insurance card to a helper and sat down. When no one spoke to me after waiting 20 minutes, both Andrea and the helper were behind the counter for 15 minutes together. It struck me as curious that Andrea "didn't know". Andrea asked me if I was going to wait longer, and I asked how much longer since I took time away from work to be here. Andrea was red in the face at this point and visibly angry. Her reply,"well if you leave you wont get in until January because that is when we are booking." Wow, Andrea! Thanks for treating me so poorly, a patient who has been loyal to New Image (not this location) for over a decade! The dentist is no better. When I told her of the issue her reply was, " I am from New York and this region has no good workers. You should let this go because you will think about it all day and it will be stressful for you." came in for an appointment early took an hour for anyone to even tell us they were behind. Then when asked how much longer it was gonna take after we were there an hour no idea no explanation. Three people came in after we did & went back we still sat and waited and waited and waited ended up walking out terrible service. Terrible customer care with no communication with a patient that was sitting there for almost 2 hours & with no explanation as to why she came in for a cleaning and ended up leaving the office. This place is affordable, professional, and so good at everything they do. Dr. Amin is a brilliant dentist and person. I wondered into their office when I moved to Florida, and he took care of me for over 18 years. He takes no shortcuts. When doing crown work he checks everything back from the lab with the greatest attention to detail, refusing the slightest imperfection. He's a very honest dentist, and if he can do a three surface filling, unlike most places, he will do so and not try to sell crown work. But the crowns and bridges he did for me over many years are outstanding. When my mouth was first examined by a dentist in California, he thought my work had been done by a specialist, and at the same time. He said my dentist should get a medal, as working on me is very difficult, a tiny mouth, TMJ, excess saliva, but he persevered. One thing that kept me there. Years ago when younger there was something called "Healthy Kids", which was a form of medicaid for the poorest of the poor children. Virtually no other dentists saw these children, but he saw many of them, gave them the same high quality care he gave his regular patients, losing money on each one. When asked he said "Some one needs to do it." He's a man with a huge heart. I know that he sees many seniors on low budgets, keeps their costs reasonable and takes great care of them. One great factor was their office manager, Jackie at the front desk is the greatest insurance expert I've ever encountered. She's incredibly knowledgeable, and will fight for you to get your insurance covered. Interestingly, while Dr. Amin seems to be a quiet man, he is also a well published and famous author in his native country. He's culturally very open and a great asset to the community. Finally, with all the work I've had done, he kept my costs reasonable, a huge factor over time. read more

Kayla And Jordyn in the office have such a heart of gold and are such a pleasure to deal with and will go above and beyond to help you and make you feel so welcome . From the minute you walk in you are greeted with such warm happy smiles throughout the office . The dr is also a gem with a heart of gold and is so so , caring, passionate about her work , extremely patient, and truly wants the patient to feel good about there teeth and smile. horrible place. the front receptionist is so rude and even called a customer a bitch behind her back. they don't like to help customers with questions. They will also tell you that you can finance and then once the product actually comes you have to pay in full before you get the product. so they like to tell people false information to get more money out of them. i got crowns and i still have my temp on because they refuse to give me my perms. they removed my temps by breaking then and since i couldn't pay in full right away they put my BROKEN temps back on and now they just keep breaking every two weeks and they refuse to make me a new temp or give me my perms. and they refuse to give me corporates number to talk to someone about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HORRIBLE !!!! read more
