K owing we already paid $873. .. . We recvd 2 emails from the so called manager , Josh's wife. But we never heard anything back from Josh Hauser under his 10 guarantee. I would never recommend this company for any work needed to be done . He was referred to us by his friends and almost family . But , I would never recommend Josh Hauser or anyone in his company. They are useless as they come when it comes to his 10 day guarantee and him not coming back to complete his job unless we paid more money . I told him in a text that I would be contacting the BBB for him not returning to complete his job under his 10 day guarantee. Because we are 50 minutes away . Oh well. You should always finish what you started. You were paid. Josh probably damaged our lines that he snaked through knowing he should had not done that, and that's why he didn't want to come back . Word of mouth can be good or bad and damaging, but if you don't do right and keep your word . It's useless, and your word is useless to us . You probably knew exactly that you damaged our lines and just wasn't gonna come back to fix your mistakes if that is what happened here . It's the scheduling of the installers that ran way over the expected and promised install date. Then I had trouble with one of the roll up doors immediately after the installation and contacted both companies and am still waiting for the installers to come back to fix it. I reached out to them November 18, 2024 and received confirmation November 25 that they would schedule the repair and they never did despite my follow ups. Finally I filled Better Business complaint and the very day that BBB contacted them, they called me to schedule repair for March 4. However, no show and when I called they were sorry but said it would be Saturday. Now today is Saturday March 8 at 3 pm and I haven't heard from anyone. Just know the risks with this company if you contract with them. NC Carports and Garages LLC appear to sell through multiple smaller company names but I think they are all the same, just split up for liability purposes.

After I noticed some settlement issues, I called a few companies in the area to get quotes on repairs. AW&FR offered me a very reasonable price, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I felt no pressure to sign anything. This was not the case with every company, and AW&FR felt they could achieve the same results with half the cost. The contract was very simple to understand and Ed set very clear expectations on scope of work, date of work, and time to complete, and felt confident this would address the settlement issues. Mike, Ed, and the team came by yesterday and installed 6 helical piers on my property while having to work around some complications with underground utilities. They were able to lift the house a few inches and I can already notice the improvement in my floors. I have attached a previous crack repair on my brick veneer. After the house lift, the crack sealed itself. They left the work site with the expectations I had and that were in the contract, which was disturbed, level grade soil. The final price was what was agreed to, and there were no surprises. If you need work done on your foundation and want it done by normal, hardworking people at a reasonable cost, I would highly consider contacting AW&FR.
