I did the interview for Hair removal and at that time I listed all my medication that I was on. they informed me that the grey or white ones would not remove due to lack of pigment but that I could get a prescription cream that would halt the growth of those ones when I was finished. so I went ahead believing that he would remove the black ones and the ones that were gray or white that were left. I would be able to use this cream on when I went to get the prescription. It could not be filled anywhere. It is not available anywhere he kept showing me Internet pictures of places where you could get it, but when I checked with all these places, they said it wasn't available and had not been available for quite a long time. I expected that he was a doctor would have known if a prescription was available or not if it had not been available for quite a long time there was no effort on his part to secure this medication other than a picture of different sites on the Internet, which I did contact and, they also said was unavailable.so I was misled on that or I would've probably went through the process. if I didn't think I had a back up . I was charged a large fee for laser hair removal. but at the end of the treatment the black hairs keeped growing back too along with the non pigment ones. When I had said some thing about them and that they kept returning, he says oh if you're taking the hormones, they're gonna continue to come back, which is one of the medication's That He was told in the very beginning I was taking it does not seem fair that he would even have done the process without alerting me upfront that they would still grow back with the hormones I was taking, I feel very misled and out money for something where there was nothing accomplished. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction I was not offered a remedy or any of my money back. Just acted like it was just another day. I will continue to post this to as many places and different website that I can to prevent others from getting ripped off read more
