They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

Reached out to a couple of cleaners recommended by yelp, one stood us up and really put us in a tighter time crunch. Roberta fit us in and did a phenomenal job! My favorite was the oven. I didn't think and I was not going to be use it if it couldn't be completely cleaned. I just need something functional in case we have to get a new one. She worked wonders on the oven. It looks brand new and smells amazing. The other thing I don't find time and I always find reasons to avoid are window bays or I don't even know what part of this the windowsill area that collects all the dirt from the outside between the screen windows... she cleaned every single one without a peck of dirt left.

They charge a high hourly rate (I think it's around $115/hour) or something crazy like that, and then they will nickel and dime each minute after the first 60 minutes. I decided to give them a try due to the great reviews but I guess my expectations were too high. Let's just say I can clean my house just as well, and save myself $150, which is what I will be doing moving forward. When the staff called to learn about our recent experience, my husband shared his feedback, and it was not well received. Like I said, the staff is fine and nice/trustworthy, but in my opinion this is a rip off and if your house is pretty clean to begin with and you don't mind dusting/swiffering a little then save your $$$.
