My old vape started leaking so I went into New Leaf vape shop for the first time to check out what they had to offer. I was greeted with a smile, a hello and what can I help you with today. I was able to sample two different vapes and several different juices. The young man was very patient with me as I am super picky with the juice flavors. I purchased a new vape and a new flavor of juice on this trip. And I'm very pleased with both of my purchases! My vape has a 30 day return policy if I change my mind. Great Products, Myself & my Wife purchased 2 packs of pods from Cal (who is extremely rude)which we left on the counter. Do not get out to Riverside often & did not realize until we got home on north side & immediately called shop my wife was told they were not there after some reluctance and insinuating we actually had the pods my wife was told to come back and get the pods. Upon returning (have 2 yr old who I stayed home with) different guy now as they were changing shifts Cal was still there my wife was told very rudely not to make this a habit (have spent a verifiable couple grand in that store ) again as if we have the pods my wife was adamant they check the camera and was told they have no access at this point my wife is appalled. (Cal said nothing during the interaction) To imply that we would steal is completely unprofessional again have spent a verifiable couple grand! A Total Disappointment. Over priced! Vape juice is not made state side so you get a nasty taste. They didn't educate me on Vaping but rather sold me a bunch of garbage. I will say the staff can be friendly but also arrogant. read more

I actually thought about it and decided to give it 1 star. 1- They're prices are outrageous. What is it- $15.00 for 5 small protanks. you can buy the same ones online- 10 for $17.50 They sell small juices to keep you coming back- there are better tasting juices, larger qty bottles for the same price as new leaf vapor. Certainly they have a nice company and it's nice to go inside a store, but seriously, If you want to pay outrageous prices- this is your store. read more

Very friendly staff and very knowledgable. Love this place. The only issue I usually have is due to the popularity they run out of the most often equipment. When you go into this location, talk to Ryan. This is my favorite vape shop. I've been going to this store for about 8 months now. I had just quit smoking and the workers helped teach me how to change the coils, etc. Every time I walk in, I'm always greeted warmly. The only thing I don't like, is the prices. It's pretty expensive. read more

I've been smoking cigarettes about a pack/day for 10'ish years. I've just not been able to stop over the years but really wanting to. My friend who smokes equally as heavy came over w/ this stick that said New Leaf Vapor Co on it and swore by it. She said this was the place and ONLY place I should go. I decided first to sat back & watch it not work for her & save myself the money but 3 weeks later she came over, still had it & still hadn't smoked a regular cigarette. That was enough for me to at least try. I spent $75 & that got me the setup plus a bottle of their juice. I am now a week away from 3 months of not smoking a single cigarette (not a drag or a single hiccup even when I have drinks) I've never been anywhere close to this far and the only reason is bc I don't need a real cigarette. I crave this thing now. If you do it (and only this) after a week or less than, this becomes your new cigarette. Seriously, you adjust to holding this and pushing the button and thats what your new norm becomes and you crave this thing instead. If I still felt like I was resisting cigarettes, I'd have caved already. (I'm not that strong when it comes to cigs) This literally makes the transition easy. At least for me and worked for my friend as well. Past that. The upkeep is very simple. Just make sure to have a charger with you at all times so if it runs low, you can plug it in. The oils here are better quality than all of the others I've now played with. The oils here are expensive but the quality is much better. I compare after trying the other brand of oils, New Leaf oils are like Olive oil. Just perfection. I buy a cheaper brand online & just mix it with New Leaf's brand to save on cost. If money were no issue which it may not be for you, I'd only do New Leaf oils but if you're wanting to save and not sacrifice quality, mix like I do. They are ALWAYS well staffed with 4-5 team members at once every time I come in assisting customers. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. They have great hours and they are really patient. They'll sit with you for as long as you like and go through everything step by step. It really is a great brand. The staff are clearly very proud of their product. Rude is an understatement. Brad, or "Killer B" as his name tag says, apparently either doesn't want to answer questions or was hungry and needed his break the day I came in. I came into the shop one day looking for a car-adaptable charger for my New Leaf e-cig. I'm not technologically savvy...at all. But that shouldn't matter when I'm a customer. From the moment I came in, Brad was the absolute WORST sales associate I have ever encountered. Each question was answered with a rude quip and an eye roll. He then proceeded to tell me how I could get a better price on a car adaptable charger at CVS (Good job pulling for the company, Brad!) I'm not saying New Leaf isn't a great business, but Brad should be fired before "Killer B" kills New Leaf's entire customer base. read more

At this point. I would give them a 0 star if i could. I started going to them at this location literally the day after it opened this summer. The shop has kinda been on a downhill slope since then service wise. The younger guys have always been great and well informed. However, all of the older people working their are either rude or clueless. Out of the blue they have stopped carrying any type of disposable atomizer/tanks. I went in today to get a juice and new tank since i had run out of my stash of disposables. The guy at the store looked at my rig, and i told him needed one that uses the 510 connection threads. He hands me a tank and said this is the best one for my set up. I go out and the tank totally will not fit on my mod and clearly doesn't use the right threading placement. I go back in and point out the guys error and they told me "dude that sucks, we don't do returns or exchanges. So i asked for a 510 to ego adapter they tried to sell me a male 510 to male 510 connector, which clearly also wouldn't connect to this tank. i can't tell if the employees just aren't educated on the technology standards and the products or if they really just want to shady like this. read more
