It just gets worse and worse. This place really needs to be shut down. I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. They keep disappointment as a priority. China glass, fake gear even the employee told me they received a few cease and desist letters about their fake products. Also a mention of how the owner "doesn't care" . I never received a response to the following email I was instructed to send which explains my negative review: I purchased a vape pen battery at your Orange Park store on 01/11, around 6:40 PM.  It was a generic, loose, red one for $12.95. A tall, dark haired, white young man rang me up.  He noticed something when he was checking the battery and plugged it in to charge and told me it needed to be charged.  I then went home and attempted to charge it for an hour.  No matter what I did though, whenever I screwed a cartridge in it would just blink 3 times.  It would not preheat.  No one told me your return policy and I assumed you closed at a normal time, so I didn't even think about going back up there the same night.  However, I did return within 24 hours, after work around 6:40 on 01/12, and was told that it had to be returned the same day, even though the nice lady that tried to assist me was unable to get it to work either when a cartridge was attached.  I attempted with 3 different cartridges.  I was told to email this address.  I would like an exchange or a refund.  Could you please assist? read more

Besides the other reviews, the smoke city store in orange park in non the less needed for all your hookah needs. Make sure you are over 18 to go in, and there are no refunds so make sure you are sure of your purchase. This was my second time stopping in to pick up hookah stuff and I was amazed at the selection. Because all of the hookah flavors were locked up in a glass casing that needed a attendant to unlock it. Was not allowed to purchase the coil I wanted because I didn't have my vape with me. Lol. Thought that was a little ridiculous being that I knew exactly which coil I wanted for the vape that I had. I have purchased coils here before with no problem. I'm not new to this. Already wasn't a huge fan of this place due to customer service in the past but they seem to usually have whatever I'm looking for so I continued to shop there. This was a complete waste of a trip. Great incense sticks! Probably best in town. Usually will by small things, have bought glass before however they ask way too much for their pieces designer or not. Smoke stash near Collins has cheap thick glass for WAY less. However you need oddball adapters and weird size bowls smoke city is the only one that has it. read more

Orange Park and Beach store same owner Not sure about cash transactions but I just made a first purchase in this store for a tank to use with my ecig and once rang up and I paid for the item I WAS handled the item by the staff only to FIND it did not fit my ECIG as advised. I was refused a refund for the misfit and I had not even moved away from the register. The staff tried to assist by calling the manager on the phone and SHE told him I HAD TO SELECT ANOTHER ITEM they would not credit my account. I DID NOT Need another item! They're pricey but sometimes they fill a shopping cart up with old shisha and sell it at a discount. You can't really expect a brick and mortar store to be competitive with online prices.
