I found that microneedling was something that could work for me. A friend of mine suggest Fabbar. He received microneedling on a scar he had which became nearly invisible from the first time I had seen his scar. I didn't give it much thought and make an appointment there. Upon my arrival, the owner met with me to talk to me about my skincare routine and what I wanted. She immediately told me that it might not be what I need. She went on further to explain that I might need facial instead to get rid of my blackheads (of which I don't have any, I only have whiteheads). I felt like I already knew where this was going.  She was asking me unrelated questions and suggesting all sorts of things, including laser, of which I had no desire to get. She stated microneedling starts at $299 and up. After that crappy start, the actual esthetician comes in. She asks me what I want and takes a look at my skin. She highly suggest and keep pushing me to get a chemical peel. She insists I come in for regular facials and if the chemical peel doesn't work, I could do microneedling. I asked for a price comparison. She came back saying $350 for a chemical peel and $600 for microneedling. I decided to get the peel and trusted the esthetician but almost immediately regretted my decision once I realized how weak their product was. I've done chemical peels before and this felt like a pure rip off. I paid for the treatment. I left and I called my friend to ask him about his experience at Fabbar. He also agreed that the owner and esthetician were very pushy for facials and other procedures. This place is a total rip-off. They are just thinking about the money they can get from you if you're stupid enough (like me) to not have done research of prices too. A chemical peel is not even half of 350 dollars. And how did the microneedling go from $299 and up to 600 dollars?! What is determining this "and up" in the price. (By the way, a micro needling session WITH PLASMA is 150 dollars average!!!! - I found out!) Why do they not that a price menu? Well because they are just at this for the money. They don't care about your skin at all. I called Fabbar to express my concern. The owner denies ever stating the $299 price as if I had any reason to lie and she does not understand that's pushing products and procedure  on customers does not make us want to return. I infinitely regret going there, as 350 dollars was completely wasted on a shitty facial they called a chemical peel. Meanwhile the owner and the ladies at the reception are all brandishing their Chanel bags on the counter. Don't be a fool. Research what you want. Ask for what you want clearly As for the owner, only give suggestions when they are wanted. If someone wants microneedling then why are pushing for laser, facials, and other procedures? They could have had a loyal customer but instead they created an unsatisfied customer that will never return.

Inject RX Wellness does not inform you at the time of of making the appointment that they no longer participate in Alle or that they've now implemented a $50 rescheduling fee after the 24 hour window of your appointment. Instead, you find out through a text message reminder the day before your appointment. When you're already locked within that 24 hour window. That's frustrating and feels deceptive. I suffer from migraines and unfortunately woke up with one the morning of my appointment, which made it impossible for me to drive. On top of that, friends of mine have also shared concerns that they may be watering down the Dysport, as the results don't seem to last as long as they should. And to make matters worse, they now ask for a tip?! At a med spa, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a medical-grade service. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable practices, and added fees have made me lose trust in this place. I've even referred people to them. He is personable, listens to your complaints, and quick paced in his examinations. Ask questions, understand your condition, dermatology care is critical in our sun filled environment. The practice is very busy, well managed, although waiting times have sometimes been in excess of 30 minutes. There are now 3 PA's, so it's less challenging to get appointments, but during season, it's like all other physician offices: hectic. Oh, there's always wrapped chocolates on the checkout counter, so there's a food element to this review :)
