I've also gotten laser hair removal as well. Ryan, my nurse and co-owner of the facility, does the HRT. I went to him after having a horrible experience at a different facility. He is so caring and thorough. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and focus on their specific needs. He's also very gentle with injecting the pellets - I still yelp when he does it though as the initial stick always gets me! It makes him laugh though. So glad I can provide him with a little entertainment during the procedure. Sophie does my facials and also did my laser hair removal. She's amazing! I don't even know what kind of facial I'm getting most of the time, but she always knows the one I need when I come in because my face always glows after. I love going to see her. It's like going to hang out with a friend - we talk and laugh and have a great time! All that's missing is a cocktail or two! Stephanie and Dani are the nurses that do my IV therapy. They are so sweet! Love them too! When I come in for the IV, they already know I actively stay dehydrated - I just work so hard that I forget to stop to eat and drink! So they offer me water as soon as I walk in. They're very gentle with the needle too! Really the entire staff is wonderful. As soon as you walk in you're always greeted with beautiful smiles and faces. Everyone is genuinely kind. I truly love it there! It's always a great experience and it's been almost 2 years! The subsequent visits, have not been the best to be honest. The ladies doing the laser are a bit rough and not as gentle. One of them event told me she couldn't stop because I was a few minutes late and she had another patient. To be honest, that's just poor service, shows that they have no empathy. I was interested in other services but I think once I'm done with my laser sessions, I'm not going to come back.

Found them scrolling through Instagram and decided to give this center a try. I gained a few pounds…read moreduring quarantine (who hasn't? LOL) and immediately made my appointment. I was assured I would lose at least 9 lbs. with the HCG diet- it sounded attractive/motivating. I scheduled the next available appointment and was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. The center was clean, spotless and impeccable- good sign already. The doctor who saw me was clear to understand, informational and transparent and answered all my doubts on the spot. I took home a 21-day treatment plan. 20 days in, I have lost a total of 8 lbs. It may not seem like a lot, but to someone who is 5'1, 8 lbs. may seem like double in person. Staff has been attentive, friendly, courteous while still remained professional. I have had to pick up some B12 shots here and there and they have been so kind to conveniently bring it to my car. I recommend this center to anyone who wants a little push in losing those few extra pounds. They do weekly check-up calls and follow your progress. Can't wait to see the end results (I extended it 9 more days).

It's disappointing, especially when other clinics confidently offer guaranteed results with no hair regrowth. Moreover, I noticed that some staff members don't thoroughly cover the treated areas, which I believe contributes to the lack of effectiveness, further raising concerns about their practices. I asked for before and after pictures of treatments for other services and a staff member showed me. Then I asked a doctor in their facility again and he said they don't have such pictures for the treatment they were selling. So they are either out of sync or lying because the first pictures shown were mediocre.

Upon arrival she had one of her other employees stay with me. To my surprise it was a man. I didn't make it a big deal although it made me very uncomfortable to have a man care for me. I'm one of those people who won't even use a male gynecologist. I believe I should have been asked whether I was ok with a man caring for me. Knowing my private area is out for everyone to see. Luckily for me I wasn't in as much pain after surgery as many other people normally are. Thank goodness! So I was able to move on my own most of the time. I created ways to not ask him for help. Like using a chair by my bed to help me get up so I could pee. He felt very comfortable talking to me. Too comfortable in my opinion! I'm not getting paid to be professional, so I was simply myself. However, I believe in a profession you should stay professional even if you're comfortable with the person. For example, he started talking about living in NYC (where I'm from) how he was in some gang. Why would anyone talk about that is beyond me. He also looked at my screen saver on my phone and proceeded to tell me how good I looked. Very unprofessional! I don't need a male caregiver telling me I look good. I hold my composure very well, so I said thank you and changed the subject. He also suggested we exchange numbers. Annoying! My entire stay I had soup, cheese, crackers, water, Gatorade, chips (chips for what) & jello (jello that I did not eat). I had rice and steak once my entire stay. I had to text and ask for someone to buy me fruit. Makes no sense for me to have to do that. I did also ask for a burger because I was fucking hungry! I was charged $200 for food! Where this $200 worth of food went I do not know, but it wasn't in my belly. I'd also like to mention that I had to extend my stay and we had to switch me to another apartment. My last day in the first apartment cleaning service walked in on me and to my surprise a man walked in telling me I had to leave! Very alarming! Here I am with drains wearing my garment and a man walks in on me telling me to leave. Wtf! Very disappointing that this was not handled properly. I will say, the lymphatic massages are great! I'd recommend the massages, but I'd never tell anyone I know to use the recovery service. Most of my time was spent alone and I was charged for food I didn't eat. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was alone in a city i did not know. Plus I look realIy young. I do not like confrontation as well. So although I paid for the services I did not agree with it. I believe what you give you will eventually get back! It's called Karma! Just advice, Patients should all be treated the same because you never know who can recommend more services based on looks or conversation. The two stars are for the lymphatic massages.

There are so many hot saunas to choose from, plus a very steamy steam room and hammam. The cold water available to douse yourself is much more hygienic than a shared cold plunge. What to know: the locker space is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. But do bring anything you'll need to shower, as they don't provide much in terms of toiletries. If you're female and want to feel more comfortable sitting everywhere, wear water shorts. Bring a towel to dry off with after you shower, they provide a few towels for sweating. Be sure to check out the pool and beach area. Parking is easy and inexpensive if you use the public beach lot down the street. There's also a restaurant on-site. I haven't eaten there, but it's a nice option if you want to grab a bite. I did get a massage here, and it was okay. The highlight for me is definitely the saunas. You can easily spend a few hours sweating and lounging, and it's open late, which is a big plus.
