Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. Called Allen first and they said they could help, and would send someone.Tom came out and removed the required siding, and said to let him know when the plumbers were finished with the repair. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job. They, removed one of the two staircases coming off…read morethe deck, changed out the old wood railing system for the maintenance free kind, all new support posts and rotten deck board repairs, replaced the fascia with maintenance free boards to match the railing system, added a new gate at the top of the stairs, a new gate was also added to the fence below. They chiseled out 3 old deck piers no longer in use. They did a fantastic job. They were here around 8am every morning. They cleaned up their area every day. Both Glenn and Caleb were easy to talk to and answered any questions and concerns we had through the process. Overall, a couple of really nice guys that worked really hard each day they were here. Issues from start to finish. technically its still not finished because theres a buckled shingle they were suppose to fix and never did or the numbers we discussed over the garage door that were never installed. but I'm not surprised since they don't put the gutters where we talked about. plus stains on the driveway, removed a garage door seal, didn't tell me, then when I figured it out from the freezing garage, i was responsible for getting the 16' piece of material For an exterior company because they don't deal with garage door seals. not to mention the generic receipt for spending 38 grand. no break down on materials or labor and no tax.
