Dr. Watkins is an amazing doctor, very blessed I happened to find him. Trust this place.

The doctors have been great but a few of the secretarial staff are obnoxiously rude. Also when I tired to pay my co-pay they told me not to worry about it only for it to build up. They let me know I owed a huge amount that the insurance didn't cover. And today when I went in to pay the past balance they did not let me pay. What they heck is going on with this place? read more

Dr. Emily Keeter was fantastic! I came in with a "quarter-size" lump on my lower foot, below the index toe (toe next to the big toe) from hiking. I could not walk barefoot on a flat floor without pain in each step. Her diagnosis was; possible tendons pull or tear connecting the toe. No joint or bone damage was found on the x-ray and after a complete examination, she suggested a steroid injection within the affected area and therapeutic healing techniques along with quality hiking shoes. It worked above and beyond expectations, and within one month! I now walk, hike and climb (mild grade) without any discomfort. I have been seeing doctor Anderson for a number of years. My ankle replacement and other surgeries have given me back my freedom and improved my quality of life. This rating is purely for their personnel. My doctor was amazing and my surgery went very well. But the receptionists are terrible. I ask for my prescription to be filled on a Tuesday. They tell me 48-72 hours. At around 40 hours after I run out of meds. They tell me at 8am Thursday if my prescription isn't filled by 3pm to call back. I call back at 3pm because it isn't filled and all the doctors that have to sign off on it are gone. The receptionist told me to call back at 8am. I call back the next day at 8am and they tell me it'll be at least a couple hours. Unknowingly my wife went their while I was on the phone and they told her 5 minutes. No one is on the same page and no one gets anything done read more

The Doctor was ok, but the processes they use are horrible! The front desk lady, I think her name was Dawn was very rude and unhelpful. I had an accident and subscribe to AFLAC and need that paperwork filled out as well as FMLA paperwork. I had to pay 45.00 to get paperwork filled out and will have to wait God only knows how long to get it back. I went back today to ask for a simple paper that tells their name and address, diagnosis, treatment needed and I was told that would cost another 10.00 and would take up to 30 days to get! In the meantime, I'm not able to work, I have no FMLA approved (could lose my job), I can't get my pay from AFLAC. They won't see you if you don't pay them, but I've paid for services that I have no idea when they will be provided . This place is owned by the Doctors so they are squeezing every dime they can from injured people. They should be ashamed! read more

This is my 3rd surgery my wrist in 2011 and knee 2013 & 2014 this one to remove my hardware.Great staff starting from the front desk to the surgical team. Dr Dodson is always in good spirit which makes it so comfortable to deal with. Thank god there is good Doctors you can trust. read more
