The person I was talking to seemed to know what I was asking for and wrote it down so I trusted her. The appointment with the optometrist went well and my glasses were ordered and I paid for them and left. When I went back to pick them up I noticed right away that they were NOT progressives or transitional. I pointed this out to them right away and was told that it was not on my receipt. I never looked at my receipt before I left to make sure I was billed for what I had trusted the lady had assured me that she understood what I wanted and had even wrote down. After paying more than $380.00 I am so disappointed in my glasses. I have to raise my glasses and put on readers just to check my phone or read anything up close rather that just look down and read something like a normal person would. I am so disappointed and mad that they won't make this right. Now I have to spend the same amount again and go somewhere I can actually trust, probably Walmart.
