I am still in treatment with the doctor, although COVID-19 put a delay in our treatment schedule and plan. I found relief in the few sporadic appointments we have been able to work out. She was just simply told she did not care about getting better rather than entering into a conversation about her treatment and how to make it effective for her. Then after 4 visits and being told what the copay is for each visit and being paid at time of service, the remote parent company decided that the amount we were told for copay for their service was not correct and now they wanted more money. I tried to talk to the billing department, but was only received with rudeness and threats that if I don't pay up they will just turn me into the collections. Will not be returning to do business with such rude people.

I was able to be treated quickly and get actual help! You do need to make urgent care appointments online or via phone same day now so keep that in mind when considering the Presbyterian urgent care system. The Atrisco location tends to have more availability than the other locations and it is an easy location to get to. The location is really well staffed and well equipped. I will definitely keep it in mind for future care needs.

Until I could get established with a new provider I would not have access to any of my medication. This is patient abandonment! It's a shame, Catherine James was the best provider I've ever seen and I will truly miss her. But Ribera Healthcare has put people in danger with how they're handling her departure.

Luckily after getting admitted they took a ct scan and discovered I had pneumonia. Unfortunately I spent a few days in the hospital being treated with antibiotics through and IV and getting poked for the vampires every so often. My attending nurses and staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was well taken care of my entire stay. Thankfully I am now out and have returned to work. I'm grateful to have been cared for by these guys. Hopefully I won't be returning for awhile but if I do I will choose them again for my healthcare needs.

I was able to switch appointments with my partner, so I have an appointment in October. (The NP that I am seeing has advised me that I would be better served by a MD). Due to my experiences with Lovelace, as a patient and an employee, I will NEVER recommend this institution. Just a FYI: You HAVE to be an active participant in YOUR healthcare!!! Medical professionals are NOT gods.....they are people.....who can make mistakes.
