Upon arrival I filled out the appropriate forms, and was promptly seen by Physician Assistant Susan Blair-Buckley. She diagnosed my eye infection as well as a sinus infection. Because I was going to be in Santa Fe that afternoon, she recommended a CVS up there. A few hours later in Santa Fe I picked up my prescriptions and was immediately on my way to recovery. I appreciate the care I received. My vacation was saved!

No "we can get you in in 6 months" kind of place, and I almost always go online to set up an appointment, although they are a walk-in clinic, too. Never had a long wait and always got some kind of help, which is what you want in an emergency, or if you're in pain. NP Deana was fantastic, a huge smile behind her mask. Amber, at the front desk was, as well. I hope we never need to use places like this, but if we do, I don't miss the factory feel of some of the larger, busier ERs or Urgent Care places I've been to.

I went in for nerve pain and myoclonus jerks as well as just the concern that my nerve pain and shingles were getting worse. I had PA John Luna who didn't even listen to my concerns. I told him I had shingles and I had already been to my regular doctor for it, I told him this was the first time I was being seen for it (we did mychart and phone calls with my PCP to diagnose it) but my pcp had been unable to get me in. John Luna told me he didn't have "the license" to prescribe Gabapentin and that it was a controlled substance ('very recently' he said which I thought was interesting, considering I was put on a trial prescription less than 6 weeks ago for the shingles pain and had my roommate pick it up). I did't go in looking for gaba to begin with, I was hoping for a second round of anti-virals, or tests to make sure that my nerves weren't dying. John Luna also put "pain and numbness" on my referral which the neurology department hardly wanted to even accept because they "don't treat pain" instead of mentioning anything about the shingles that are actively diagnosed and still on my body. I have an appointment in October, so I hope that my nerves aren't fried by then! I have never been treated so badly and I'll be filing a formal complaint as well.

I went here over a year and a…read morehalf ago and honestly forgot about the bill because they didn't bill me until OVER A YEAR LATER. Per NM law, they have no leg to stand on if they can't provide proof they billed you in a timely manner, ultimately resulting in them eating my bill. I was not about to pay it because they couldn't be bothered to bill me timely. About 6 months ago, my husband ended up at the same urgent care even though I told him not to. Guess what? Took them SIX MONTHS to bill him. We received a bill of $10 and called prepared to pay when the guy in the line notified me we owed over $100. I said that's odd considering I have a bill here for $10 that was "sent" 4/20/26 which, again, super weird because we just received this bill in JUNE. Proof that they don't have their crap together. The customer service guy was less than helpful so I asked to speak with the "supervisor" who oddly sounded like the same guy lol only to be HUNG up on TWICE. Called back immediately and demanded to speak to him but he was suddenly out of the office literally 10 seconds later . Then the guy said they were ready to take my $10 payment and I told them to eat the bill. I would not put it past them to charge me the full amount so better safe than sorry. Also, people, medical bills can't be sent to collections by law in NM unless they are over $500. Do your research! It'll save you a lot of money when it comes to companies like this with unfair and ILLEGAL billing practices. No sweat off my back. I was ready to pay what they billed me but after the horrible way I was treated, good luck to them and hope they go out of business. Will be reporting them to the BBB also. Save yourself the hassle. Do not use these people - they also have one other location on the east side. Avoid them at all costs!

My daughter is autistic and, like many neurodivergent children, can become overwhelmed with unfamiliar or abrupt interactions. Instead of approaching the situation with patience or understanding, the doctor said, "If you can't control your child, I don't have time." Let me be clear: 1. My daughter has special needs, and regulating a child like her takes time and skill--not impatience and judgment. 2. There's a reason these appointments are scheduled--to meet the patient where they are and provide care accordingly. 3. The comment was not only unprofessional, but extremely insensitive, especially coming from someone who chose a career in providing care To others. TRULY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED.
