She pays very close attention to your form and gives outstanding instruction. Melissa spent time with me on the phone and explained their classes as I've had some prior medical issues. With Covid it is small and incredibly clean. I've seen them cleaning the equipment before and after each class. Can't wait to try the hot yoga! Definitely recommend.
