She pays very close attention to your form and gives outstanding instruction. Melissa spent time with me on the phone and explained their classes as I've had some prior medical issues. I'm still relatively new to spinning, but really enjoy the workout - and Revel Ride doesn't disappoint. Jamie & team are so welcoming, friendly and really work hard to build this community. Classes are both challenging and fun, and i like that they are trying to mix it up with the Spin/Sculpt classes. Sol Luna in Stone Harbor was the first studio I tried and then went no further. The studio is beautiful and full of positive energy, from the lighting and music to the soft scents in the background. Amy Sue is a wonderful and insightful teacher. The cadence of her cuing makes you feel that the vinyasa flows are a borderline ballet and you leave feeling soothed and restored. All were fun and challenging. Amy and Tori were AWESOME! They provided motivational words and exceptional instruction. Tori brought in amazing energy bars and a delicious soup she made for us to try which I thought was a nice gesture. I found starfit club and after reading their reviews I decided to give it a try. I was a little intimidated since I've never done a class like this before but I still wanted to at least give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door and I immediately noticed how clean it smelled- the place was spotless (still pretty impressed by it). The gym did a great job with having us clean up after ourselves and the trainer let me know they fully clean in between each class as well. The class itself was unlike any other class I've been to, from stat to finish I definitely got a great workout in. There were clearly people that were regulars and instead of being intimated I was motivated- phew! No one even noticed that I was new until after class when I mentioned it being my first class. My class trainer was Clarissa, she was so welcoming and made sure to help guide me through what I needed to do, without making it noticeable that I was a complete newbie.
