Due to the cost of the replacement and recalibration I wanted to make an insurance claim. After getting my information, she set up a conference call between me, her and the Allstate Glass representative. Super easy. Ace Glass was able to come today (1 day later) to my office and install a new windshield. I am so happy they could fix my problem so quickly. I'll update this review should I have any issues.

He said that they could replace the Regulator without having to replace the window. I said ok, lets do it. about 30 mins into them working on my 02 Pontiac Grand Am GT, the girl at the desk came to me and told me that they decided to go ahead and replace the Driver side window, "At NO ADDITIONAL COST" Who was I to argue with that.
