I really wanted to love this salon, but after my second visit, I can confidently say I will never return. I booked a Gel extension manicure and a regular gel pedicure. The pedicure went fine, but the manicure was a nightmare. The nail tech did not apply any oil before cuticle care and aggressively pushed and cut my cuticles while dry--to the point where I was bleeding. I told her it hurt, but she continued. Then, when it was time for polish, I confirmed again that I was getting a Gel extension manicure. Instead of applying extensions, she painted my nails with gel. When I asked what was going on, I was then told they didn't offer Gel extensions and that I would have to remove what they had just applied and switch to Dip extensions instead. Had they told me this upfront, I would have chosen differently, but at that point, I just wanted to salvage the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the Dip manicure was just as rough and painful as the cuticle care. What was supposed to be a relaxing self-care day with my mom turned into such a stressful experience that I started crying in the salon. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, they tried to charge me $103--despite the fact that my hands were visibly cut and I was pressured into a service I never asked for. When I complained, they told me I "should have spoken up earlier" and only gave me a 10% discount. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability from the salon. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes--like failing to inform me about the lack of Gel extensions, causing visible injuries to my cuticles, and pressuring me into a different service--they blamed me for not speaking up sooner. But how could I have known they didn't offer the service I booked until they were already halfway through my manicure? A good salon should prioritize customer comfort, transparency, and proper technique--none of which I experienced here. I left feeling physically hurt, emotionally drained, and completely disrespected as a paying customer. If you're looking for a relaxing and professional nail experience, this is not the place. Save yourself the stress (and the cuts) and go somewhere that actually cares about its clients. read more

I am new to the area and thought I'd try this nail salon near my subdivision. It was not busy when I arrived and I was seated quickly. I had a very difficult time communicating with my nail tech, and I'm usually alright with the language barrier. We got the nail color sorted and I decided to go with a dip...thanks when things went downhill. The tech cut me multiple times. I assure, I know that accidents can happen...but she knicked my cuticle with the electric filer, and cut me UNDER my nails with the file. Each time she clearly said sorry. My nails are not the same length, they are bulky and sit on my fingertips. When she was finished my pinky finger dripped blood on her station...she indicated to go wash my hands. I am non confrontational and simply paid and left. I didn't want an offer to "fix" my nails, my fingers already HURT! I will not return and I suggest you don't either. read more

They were so rude. I showed them a picture of a French tip I wanted from Pinterest. They said instead of $10 extra dollars for French tip, it would be $20, because it was a thin French tip. How ridiculous in my opinion. It's a standard French tip. "Too thin" just means not 1990s style French tip. Goodbye never coming back. And when it was time to pay, they tried to scam me out of a tip. I split between two cards, and she tried to charge one card the total and then the other card the tip. Ridiculous. read more

Went in today because of all the positive reviews I saw on here and I'm glad I made the decision too. They did an amazing job on my nails. When she finished my nails, I asked her for her name and to my surprise it was Wendy. Most posts on here are about how good of a job she does and I must say I agree with them. If your in the area go check them out. Pricing is inline with all other nail salons in the area. I will definitely be returning. read more

I really enjoyed that they allowed me to take time choosing my color. I have never had that opportunity at other nail salons. They were so patient and helped each other. Everyone thought my color was cute and I did too. Price to get my eyebrows waxed with mani and pedi was only $57. Great price! Great staff! Will definitely come back. read more

Nice set up Needs better ventilation the chemical smell is awful. Organic pedicure is a joke. Mud masque is simply lotion. Sugar scrub left between toes. Several steps missed (base coat on some toes, no top coat) Would not recommend for anything beyond basics read more

This nail salon is the best in the area! The staff is great, responsible prices, and it's clean. They take their time and don't nickel and dime you. Genuinely kind owners and skilled technicians. Unlike many salons, they made sure I felt truly welcome and valued. The staff was patient with me when I couldn't decide on a nail color- allowing me to test multiple colors. I am new at this nail salon because there is a new manager over it. My nail lady from Paradise Nails as purchase this place and is now managing it. She has excellent customer service and does amazing beautiful acrylic nails at last for weeks! She gives an amazing pedicure and or prices at the salon are very reasonable and competitive with other salons. She has over 600 shellac colors for you to choose from and all of her staff is very kind courteous and polite I followed Wendy here from the other salon because she is so amazing at what she does and has over 25 years of experience. read more

Cindy, if you're reading this, you are the best nail technician I've ever come across. Please don't ever leave this nail salon! No but seriously, I've been to this nail Salon twice and both times I have had great service. They greet you as soon as you walk in and offer you something to drink right when you get seated. Both times I have gotten the deluxe pedicure which you can't beat for $35. Cindy has done my pedicure both times and takes her time to do her thing. I've never had anyone be so precise along with making sure the customer is happy. She did my manicure today and took her time and even wiped off a nail & started over because she didn't like the way it came out. I honestly couldn't even tell, though. They even go as far as massaging your entire arm not just your hand. I've had the man also do my manicure once & although he didn't take his time like Cindy, he still did a good job. I must say though, his massages are the best since he puts more pressure. If you're around this area or not, I really recommend this place. read more
