Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. Loved the interior and the huge wall of nail Polish color selections, but it stops there. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

Unfortunately I'm not drinking right now so I just had a Vietnamese iced coffee which was decent. I got the shellac manicure which was reasonably priced at $40. They were out of the color I wanted but still had other great options. Super cutely decorated with vintage Hollywood art throughout the salon. I got a…read morefrench tip full set and a pedicure with two big toe. first off, for the amount that I paid, this was the worst set I've ever recieved. the french tip was not at all what I wanted and I let them know on site in which they offered to repair it and take off that fee (which they did not) and I kept letting the pedicurist know that my left toe does not feel stable, like the acrylic feels it will come off. after my reviews to the manager on site, he mentioned there is a 7 day policy and I can come back anytime within those 7 days, but I informed him that 1) I am traveling the next day for about 3 weeks and 2) I live an hour away so even if I could, I do not have time. literally the next day, two of my nails broke in half and I was not even doing heavy work. the day after, my big toe acrylic broke in half too. since I was out of the country, I couldn't really do anything except try and call to inform them of such and hope to come back after my trip for a fix up, but even that I got no response. I called about 5 times and finally got to speak to the receptionist and she said she'd get back to me and still nothing. please do not go here, you will spend $200+ for services that will chip literally less than a week in.

I've been coming here for years and have spent thousands of dollars because it was always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, ever since new management took over, things just haven't been the same. The atmosphere feels different, the quality has gone downhill, and that welcoming spirit the old owners had is gone. On my last visit, I went with my son. He got a manicure and pedicure, and I had a fill and pedicure. I tipped generously, as I always do. But as we were leaving -- literally as we were pulling out of the parking lot -- one of the employees ran outside, knocked on my car window, and said they "forgot to charge" me $15. I immediately paid it, but honestly, it left a sour taste in my mouth. After all the years of loyalty and the money I've spent here, that moment felt unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. Sadly, I think it's time for me to find a new salon -- one that values people the way this one used to.

However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.
