This place has kid's chairs, YAY! Not sure why it's so hard to find them. First off, this place is enormous! There's several rooms and even an upstairs. The kid's chairs are located in a back room that uses to be what they called a "man cave". Looks like this place used to be a bar because there are several bars throughout. Lots of salon chairs, chic decor and they even have a bead fish pond on the floor as you walk in. A little on the pricey side but I truly enjoyed my pedicure. Vy was super sweet and did a great job overall on my pedi. I asked for clear nail polish and they ended up buffing my nails which turned out nice so I just went with it and it would have taken longer as well. read more

So happy!! I just moved here from Austin, and this was my first impression... It was pouring down rain outside, and the gentleman (i believe the owner) came out to my car with an umbrella and helped me get inside without getting wet... So professional and so kind. Then once I finally got inside, I was able to see how beautiful and clean this salon is. All the employees were so nice and professional... And my pedicure was so relaxing and peaceful. I have zero complaints, and I'm so excited to return! It's not very common to find businesses that are still ran professionally and correctly nowadays, it was very refreshing and nice. I had a mani/pedi appointment on an early Monday morning (when they wouldnt be busy). As soon as we entered the establishment we were bombarded with staff asking us a million questions. After answering their questions, we were guided to our chairs and the lady who did my nails seemed like she was in a rush the entire time. She never did my cuticles, left the edges of my nails full of glue, didn't fill in the back of them, left stains all over the white French tip, they don't even form right over my nail and not even 24 hours later- one has fallen off- from SIMPLY drying my hands off with a towel. I'm not sure what I spent practically 250 dollars on but I will not be going back. read more

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but your nail technician Lee is really not doing a good job. I just had a bad pedicure experience with her, and I think it's time for management to step in. The moment she burned me with the hot water, I should have just walked right out. But I was in a rush and didn't have time to go somewhere else. Big mistake on my part. When I got home and took a closer look, the polish job was a total mess. There was old pink polish left on the sides of my big toe, and you could see where she had been sloppy cleaning it up and accidentally taken off some of the new polish. Honestly, the whole thing was a less than great and not worth the money I paid at all. What's worse is I think this is the same technician I had a bad experience with before. I've been coming to your salon for a long time, and I'm really disappointed that management hasn't done anything about her poor work. I know I can't be the only customer who's complained. You need to get rid of Lee, plain and simple. If she keeps giving people horrible pedicures, you're going to start losing customers left and right - myself included. I love the convenience of your location, but I'll gladly travel farther and pay more to get my nails done properly somewhere else if this keeps up. And here's a suggestion - maybe do some spot checks on your technicians while they're working? That way you can see for yourself the kind of service they're providing and make sure it meets your standards. I think that could really help catch issues before unhappy customers like me have to point them out. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously. Terrible! They do not care to make things right! I come here a lot and I'm tired of the lack of consistency in service they provide. My pedicure was so bad. She put the acrylic on my big toes way too thick. Not only that but when massaging the bottom of my foot she was doing it with her nails. I tried to tell her to stop she would keep doing it. The bottom of my feet are in pain now with scratch marks. Her overall massage was terrible too. She was just touching me to rub in the product. She didn't massage for the full 14 minutes either. When she tried to do my neck I gave her another chance and again she's just touching me not rubbing or massaging. I wasted $55 on just the actual pedicure service itself. As for nails watch out they will try to charge you extra! They said French is $10 and on my ticket they wrote $15. No they didn't fix it when charging and no they didn't discount the pedicure. I said I'm going to come back tomorrow so Friday the regular person I go to can fix for me and I guess I'm just going to have to pay for a whole pedicure again because they don't care accommodate but my pedicure looks so bad I have no choice but to go to someone I know who can fix it. Why didn't I go to Friday in the first place you might ask. This is because the receptionist knows nothing. She told me that Friday comes back to work on Friday. I couldn't wait that long so I decide to go ahead and do it with someone else. When I go to the front to ask when Friday works again, they say tomorrow. It's just error after error read more

I have been coming to this nail spa for awhile now and I have always had great experiences. Now let me preface by saying I only get pedicures and my eyebrows waxed, as I don't get my nails done. My hubby and I always sit in the man cave when we go. Every nail tech I have had has always been friendly and professional. They always try to make conversation. Each time we go I always make an appointment even if it's the same day, and I never have to wait when I get there. They have a large selection of nail colors to choose from. So far the worst place I have ever been too. I pay about $40 less and my current nail salon and it's way better. First off I brought my daughter because she wanted to try the Princess chairs for kids. The lady who did my daughters nails didn't want to spend the time on her doing the two colors my daughter wanted so instead convinced her to do a purple glitter. Fine. But then didn't put any color underneath so it looks terrible. Of course my daughter being 4 would go along with what an adult would tell her to do. The woman behind the counter wouldn't allow me to even talk to her without washing my hands in their sink... I did that came back, and filled out some paperwork to prove that I am not sick(understandable)... She then asked me to pick a color, I told her quickly the color I wanted and she asked me to have a seat and wait for the person that will service me. As I sit down another woman of white decent comes in after me and the same woman at the same counter that wouldn't even talk to me when I walked in, greeted this white woman with a smile and gave her a menu and everything and pretty much showed her around... WOW, still doing that in 2020... Well I'm putting it on Yelp was my first reaction and my first platform to speak the truth. It's really sad in 2020, They often say education is the key but no amount of education, money or even celebrity (in some cases) will save you from racism. It's like an abusive relationship. So I have no complaints about this place. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon around 12pm and pretty much had the place to myself. I was welcomed with a smile and was told to pick a color. They assigned me a technician and she walked me to their pedicure area. She explained the pedicure menu and also gave me a bar menu to choose a drink from. Yes, they have a bar. Awesome! There was no pressure to get a more expensive pedi but she did explain the benefits of them. She did a great job on my toes and I left floating on a cloud. I love coming here to get my pedicures! The atmosphere is just what I need when I need to relax. The staff is always friendly and I haven't found anyone that I like the best because I don't come that often, but I give everyone a chance with telling them to put me with whoever and it's a great experience every time. First time here with a friend. The place is really nice and fancy. It's 2 story. Someone welcomed me when I entered and then you have to sign in, you can request a tech, and then go choose your color. They have a wide selection of colors. They provide you with a tech right away. We were taken upstairs to our private little area for 2. My friend and I received a mani and pedi. I had a mani shellac and classic pedi that cost $57. They also provide 2 complimentary drinks. MiMi did my mani shellac and I was disappointed. She was really rough with my mani and even nicked me. This is my fear and pet peeve when having someone do my nails. My thumb was bleeding and stinging the whole time, and when she cleaned it she was rough with it again and made it hurt more. I was uncomfortable and didn't feel relaxed at all. The paint job wasn't any better. My nails don't look smooth and even. Tracy did my pedi and she was gentle. This was actually relaxing. The only issue was that the paint job wasn't the best. The paint was also runny so she had to come back and redo my big toe. Overall, I think I would go back one more time just to give this place a second chance. My friend and I came in today for a full set of nails, pedicure, and brow wax. It was such a great experience!! Our nail techs were Diane Lee and Bee. They both did an incredible job! We got matching ombré French tips with jewels. The venue is beautiful. My friend wants to have her bridal party here!!! :) Customer service couldn't have been any better!! I'm torn. I've had my best manicure and my worst here. Most recently, my worst. Went in on a Friday around 2, not busy at all, was seated right away. Wanted a mani pedi with just basic polish. Pedi was good. Mani not so much.. she didn't bother to take off the old dip off my nails, didn't push back my cuticle and didn't spend more than 10 min total on it. It started chipping on Sunday. I know I get what I pay for, but it should last longer than 3 days and they should care to remove old polish. read more

This was actually my second time visiting this nail salon. I decided to take my mom here to get a mani and pedi. It is a very beautiful nail salon. We were greeted warmly upon entering. We chose polish colors and were led to the man cave. My mother uses a walker so we weren't able to go upstairs where the ladies get their nails done. The man cave is for men. There is sports memorabilia on the walls, TVs with sports channels playing. The prices are affordable and they offer you mimosas, wine, margaritas or water. Nice. Only two glasses per client.
