The second time in I was overcharged. By quite a bit. I haven't been able to go in because I work during their hours of operation and it's not nearby. Dear Bead Fairy Team, I'm reaching out regarding a recent purchase I made at your store on May 22, 2025, where I was accidentally overcharged for one of the items. Specifically, I was charged $30.05 for a single tube of size 6/8/11/15 seed beads, which was clearly marked in-store as $3.75. I've attached the following items for your review: * A photo of the receipt showing the $30.05 charge * A photo of the bead tube with the $3.75 price tag * A photo of all items purchased, confirming no other item aligns with the $30.05 charge It seems this was a simple cashier error. I noticed the discrepancy shortly after leaving the store and tried to return immediately, but the shop had already closed. Blessed sage spray and other various smokeless incense sprays for purifying, cleansing, and healing. So much more! Prices range from high end to affordable depending on the handcrafted items. All types, and then others too, will likely love The Conjuring Tree. There are so many interesting trinkets, accessories, tools and gadgets that I enjoyed browsing. Many that were familiar to me, but some new items as well. The lovely staff member, Sage, was kind enough to give us a little run-down on the store, how long they've been around and some of the events that they hold. There are plans for a more formal tea gathering space in the back which will allow for even more amazing events. I love the vibe here and the friendliness that was extended. Even if I'm not sure what to do with all the cool things they sell, I'd feel very comfortable asking about the items and know that I'd be met with a welcoming, patient explanation.

I got a weeks as well as some pencil boards. When I went in to pick it up, they had my order packed up all nice. I love going into this store because they have a great selection of pens, cards, stamps, and stickers. The stickers here are awesome! I like that you can buy a single sheet for a lot of them. They also have a bunch of cards for different occasions. Super cute options. There is so much color in this store. It makes me so happy. They also have some Swedish candy and drinks as well. Stationary items can be expensive, so some of the things here can be pricier, but it isn't expensive for what it is. The sticker sheets are priced well. Every time I've been in, the employees have been so incredibly kind. Of gotten the chance to talk to the owner and she is super sweet. This is exactly the kind of business I want to have in my town. I'm happy to be able to support them!

The salesperson, as I exited the store accused me of 'accidentally' putting something in my pocket. I indicated my disappointment and how insulted I was and my wife put back the items she was going to purchase and we left. She added insult to injury by calling the police and having them come and stop me on the street (by this time she discovered on her cameras that I did not in fact take anything). So I apologize for wasting our law enforcement's time and I am very grateful for their courtesy and rapid response. But I would never recommend or shop at Whisperwood Boutique again.
