They had the wrong phone number an email on my webpage. The whole time being bounce back-and-forth between their personnel telling me not to worry over four months of this, I missed a whole summer. He also told me it was normal for my webpage to be down for over a week when I decided to migrate to Go Daddy they try to sucker me sign a document stating that they already migrated my services and that their services were no longer needed and that they reached their obligation. When I refuse to sign the paper because they did not migrate over my site they block me. I am a small business owner and used this money from my mom's passing away to try to do good but this company thought it was best to take $1500 from me! If they could do it to me they could do it to anyone and I know I'm not the first person!

My dad had used them a bit when he owned the company and then we thought we would try another company for our marketing and that was an expensive lesson in what NOT to do. Several years ago now, when I took over the business, I really wanted to take the company in a different direction and so working with Adrienne and her team we rebranded. They started with the logo, stickers, packaging, website and then later our, now well known, vehicle graphics. This rebrand had a significant impact on our business and I really think has helped us grow. I told Adrienne where I wanted to take the company and they are helping me get there. Design the Planet is in New Orleans and they really know their stuff. I couldn't give them 4 stars because of travel time. Most of the time they visit me in Baton Rouge. Nowadays they work with us each year to make a few improvements - with some online marketing stuff and sales growth materials and whatnot.
