They made an error (missing information) on the deed transfer documents filed with the county recorder. This was communicated to us on day of closing, Friday at 4:45pm by a phone call, no email. They even tried to pin this on us and the title company, anyone but themselves! Based on prior reviews, this isnt the first time they have messed up on issues like this! Bottom line, we could not close on said date. If you have to deal with this escrow company, you may want to ask to check your deed transfer documents prior to being filed with the county recorder to ensure there aren't any surprises. I do not recommend this company at all.
