I don't even know where to begin with this raggedy place, it lacks compassion, passion, and humanity, especially during this coronavirus crisis. Earcum or Urine, whatever that lady thing's name is, acts like a big scary ogre and my kids are terrified of her, but I'm not. And the way she texts is very unprofessional, it's like she's high all the time (probably got drugs from our crackhead neighbor named Gingy) or just has a bad translator app and she insults the way I raise my kids. She threatened to kick my family out of our homey swamp because when our dog, Donkey, died and we wanted to properly bury him, she said "well thts not my problem hotty, u gotta pay the gas, water, and light bills cuz im not finna babysit y'all smh," what kind of service is that? That hurt the deepest onion layer of my heart. Then because our yard started to look unkempt, she told us to find the "DARKEST MEXICAN" to do our yard or to do it ourselves, I took offense to that because we're dark skinned. And the plumbing is so bad that the bathrooms barely work so we have to use the outhouse in the backyard. There was never working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in our home. It would've been all ogre for my family and I if something went wrong during the night. This caca management only cares about wanting the tenants money. Scammers to the MAX, especially the one with the major cameltoe going on in one of the pictures on here, I think the knees of her slacks are wearing out, that makes her look really bad if you know what I mean... And this is coming from shrexy Shrek. Oh and the first year we moved there and our first year ever in the Americas, she said for our first Halloween EVER that we were gonna get a bunch of trick or treaters in our area, I decorated the swamp just like Shrek's (hence my awesome Shrek costume and makeup in my profile picture) and my wife dressed like Princess Fiona in her ogre form and my three kids dressed as the three blind mice. We stood outside from 6pm to 1am with a big bowl of candy, no trick or treaters came by, just some crackheads and our midget neighbor that we all call Lord Farquaad. It was so devastating, I used my best makeup for my costume. This is just one of the MANY lies she says just to rent out her slums. I've stayed in better motels than this dump ass swamp. This is no Swamp Sweet Swamp. I've got better service for $29.99 for heating, AC, and the best plumbing ever. Erum is very nasty has poor grammar , talks and also text like she's from some gang saying "CUZ" with her slapping hands emoji when talking in text . She hunts you down like a starving dog for rent , even when it's a few weeks before the rent date. When you tell her that it's not due yet and will be paid when the date is so It will be paid she get very rude and shouts trying to tell you she will Evict you , really unprofessional and sick during these trying times. She wants you to do all the up keep on property. Even when you tell ERUM that times are rough she reply's with if you don't like then MOVE with slapping EMOJI! There are so many things wrong with the property before ERUM was in the picture and it seems to have gotten worse. And this so called professional woman wants the bills to come in not just our name but the owners name as well. I have many text messages at random hours from ERUM saying pay bill bill needs to be paid bill is late when in fact the Bills either were paid in full or again a few weeks before payment is due . I would like to know where and how is this acceptable to get access to our bill informations we've never had this problem before this lady came in to picture , The yard needs to be done paint needs to be done doors need to be fixed. Owner knows this and there are text between owner and I before this "ERUM" again was in picture. When we first moved in this property and still nothing has been DONE.. and when you tell ERUM Your concerns about how they should be the ones to look for plumbers electrician Carpenter that is what this erum or even owner are supposed to do especially when there are written agreement before erum came into picture . She does not want to hear about it, quote she says" Cuz you can Move if ya don't like it OK " This is how she speaks.. she's a fucking scammer wants to know the bills you pay she gets copy from the gas company the water company the trash when it's not in her or anyone's name but ours. She will put you and any one in your household down. When she knows she's wrong and backed in a corner, I have numerous emails and text messages from ERUM. There is nothing professional about this "Erum" lady man thing because I have no idea what she looks like. I contacted this company first when I was having issue with my tenant who stopped paying rent and I was trying to sell my property but the real estate agent I hired at first did not know what to do and how to handle the situation and this aggressive tenant. Then my 40 year old friend recommended me that try EZ Realty & Property Management as they are management company and Realty as well. I liked the idea of 2 in 1 service. I contacted them and they were able to get one month rent out from tenant. The next month indeed we end up evicting them. Zen from EZ Realty then listed our rental property for sale. He also assisted us getting the property ready as the tenants destroyed our home. He was very helpful and so does other employees at their office. This will be my third year and 3rd property that I will be listing with them. And my biggest worries that they may charge arm and a leg for the services they are providing me. To my surprise EZ Realty & Property Management did not charge me left and right truly good people who stand out for their outstanding customer service. A friend of mine referred me to try out the EZ company for my properties as I was having much difficulty with my property managers. I had few properties that were far from each other from Los Angles to San Diego. Than a friend of mine told me about Erum from EZ that she is managing all my friends properties. My girl friend had two properties in Escondido, 1 in Hemet and 3 properties in Riverside and apparently Erum was managing all the properties. I called Erum she drove to meet me in San Diego. Gave me multiple property discount. I love discounts but my biggest issue is reporting from the property managers. Having the accounting back ground its difficult for someone to fool me on my owner statements. When I hired Erum and EZ Property management I had difficulty understanding first owner statement but once she explained how to access owner portal and review reports I am very happy and satisfied how this company keeps a good grip on my properties expenses. I am not a slum lord but I like to save money if at all possible. Erum has always negotiated good carpet pricing, cleaning pricing and painting pricing for me and any one who saves me money is my hero. Do I sound cheap oh well. If you are out there looking for a nice place to live, EZ Realty & Property Management is the place. I've lived in Bermuda Dunes for about a year and a few months. I have a really nice unit with a fireplace and a garage. That's not the only thing nice about this place. The onsite manager Evelyn, has shown to be a very professional and courteous manager who's always been on top of her tasks and ready to help with all clients' needs. When I've put in work orders in the past, Evelyn and the maintenance tech; Mynor, have always been prompt and have met all necessary work orders in a timely fashion. They have shown to be respectful and friendly when conducting work orders. In addition to that, upper management such as Erum, has also been prompt and helpful in handling any questions/concerns. The property itself is well-managed and tidy with lots of greenery all around, I regularly see maintenance and the groundskeepers working onsite to keep up with the grass and landscaping. The property is local to many businesses and easy to get to and from the freeway. I love the view of the mountains and the greenery around this place. At first reading all reviews I was a bit hesitant to hire EZ Realty & Property Management Inc. for my properties in San Diego, Riverside, Beaumont and Menifee area. I tried them at first with one property the great service their entire team was pretty impressive. One at a time I ended up having them manage my 22 properties. As I travel a lot due to my sports routine and I was never a believer from early age of stock market. My father helped me purchase my initial 5 properties and after that I was lucky to take advantage of the down turn on 2008, 2009 , 2010,2011 where I bought quite a few properites as cash which doubled in value.
