So you're making blank statements, accepting the fact that you work for a place that is equipped to handle health. I was able to pre-register on line & confirm my appointment. Wow, that really saved a lot of time & was much easier to do from home! It was a bit difficult to find, hidden behind the hospital, nut my persistence & GPS won out. I wasn't in the waiting room 5 minutes before they called me. The nurse immediately took my vitals & the wait for the doc started. To my amazement & happy surprise, the doctor was there in less than 5 minutes. Fabulous service. He ordered 3 tests he wanted performed & the scheduling nurse looked until she found an opening to do all 3 tests the same afternoon. So far, so good. What's a girl to do? My husband needed cataract surgery after a major retina repair, and was scheduled recently. Before…read morethe date we were contacted several times by the helpful staff for directions or questions that we might have. The procedure was set for the afternoon and I was his ride so I was allowed to be in the waiting room until he was called. A mask needed to be worn by both of us in the surgery center, and waiting was the worst part of it. Staff is extremely helpful, but multiple people are scheduled close (every ten minutes) for various procedures. My husband waited over three hours before going back to the surgery suite where they took his vitals and treated his eye prior to surgery. The entire procedure only took 15 minutes, with some time when he was in recovery. He enjoyed a cup of coffee, cookies and attention given by staff member Maria, who called the next morning for follow up. We would recommend this center, which is operated by Dr. Perich, who is located next door.

From paperwork, to gown, to survey (I was not awake when Dr. Donovan put a titanium plate and 9 pins in my right wrist), I was treated with compassion and professionalism. When I was awake and coherent, I felt much better. I was in and out in record time. Kudos who helped me prepare for surgery, who assisted Dr. Donovan during surgery, and helped me after surgery so I could return home in record time. I was also impressed when a nurse called me later in the day to inquire about my recovery.
