Every time I visit, there's something there that I need to take home with me. And thankfully, they hold furniture for two weeks after you purchase it, which is incredible. It had amazing variety, tons of small things like jewelry and mid-century porcelain items, which are among my favorite vintage items! The owner was really nice, too, and very patient as I spent over an hour looking carefully through her things. Great antique store and auction house that just opened up in Via Port Rotterdam (old Rotterdam…read moremall) across from food court. Attended one of their auctions on Saturday that they have every two weeks. Prices at this auction were on the lower end and the quality of the items was great as well. The front of the store was a regular antique store with items for purchase ( mostly furniture and clothes). Prices for these items seemed to be reasonable as well. Auctions have a 10% buyers premium with 2% added if you are using a credit card. Their business hours are Wednesdays thru Saturday 11am-7pm. Sundays 11am-5pm. Auctions are every other Saturday starting at 1pm. I will definitely be back as their auctions are so fun.

In my case, I am the executor of an estate which had items to sell directly or through an auction. A friend found out about this place, spoke to the owner, and passed the information to me. I contacted him directly to get information on my options, and he said he would come to the property to look at the items. However, when I called to set up a date and time, he never called back. Subsequently the friend spoke to him again, and he made arrangements with the friend to come out (without contacting me). On the day that he visited he grossly misrepresented the value of items, gave a speech about his company (the third time I heard it, talked about auctioning the items, then made an offer to purchase everything as long as I didn't need a receipt. However, when I called him to accept, he refused to call me back and called my friend instead. As I am the only one who can sell the items, my friend called him back in my presence, and so got to hear how he didn't like the way I spoke to him and asked all my questions, like 'what is your commission structure for auctions" and "how long would it take until they were in an auction", which seemed reasonable business questions to me. He also backed out of the purchase for reasons that made no business sense. Do not trust anything he says. This is not a company, it's a way for this person to stroke his ego.

I came back two days later, saw the items... and then he said "oh no... I don't sell them".. I was confused, he seem like he didn't want to talk with me, the another employee seem wasn't sure to answer me but kept saying we don't sell them. I'm not up for this and his attitude if he keeps changing his mind either to sell or not to sell, I don't have time for people like him who keep changing their mind and etc if you get to know him more... but people, don't waste your time going there, its his storage room... not an business. You never know the need that someone has and how God may have been trying to meet that need. I am so disappointed and upset with how Christ was represented today. The attendant asked me as I was walking away if I I had a need that she could meet... **Just an update, I was just told in a response message that, "we are sorry you feel this way, tracking down the owner is the right thing to do."-- (message I just received). Hmm.. the attendant told me (via the manager on the phone) before I left out about an hour ago that they tracked down the owner. Maybe the manager and the attendant needed it. I pray that you bless them Lord-- they must have needed it more.

They do now accept credit cards. I saw a sign saying they are under new management so maybe that is why. Easy parking and right off NY-7. Definitely would stop here again when passing through. Only minor criticism is that they could be friendlier and greet customers and offer to open locked cases when they see you peering and lingering at one. I had to ask to see things and one of their employees didn't seem very enthusiastic about working. Prices were reasonable but not remarkably high or low.
