I've been going to this dentist for about 5 years. Dr. Jung and his staff have always been great and never tried to talk me into services I didn't need. Even when I didn't have insurance, Dr. Jung's prices have been super reasonable. About $200 per year for cleanings and x-rays twice a year, which was about what I would pay for insurance outside of my employer. One time I did have a cavity that didn't hurt. Dr. Jung showed me the proof with x-rays and it only cost $95 to fill. The front desk staff has been super friendly and greeted me by name for every appointment. I am particularly happy with their new dental hygienist, Maureen. She was super nice and took the time to clean my teeth very thoroughly. She didn't use that water pick thingy (magnetostrictive ultrasonic scaler) to clean my teeth, which I find to be annoying and occasionally painful. She just used the normal scalers and was super detailed. But it didn't take long at all. And we had a good talk. She seems to understand I can't talk while my mouth is being cleaned and didn't ask questions until I could respond, which I appreciate. I go out of my way (about 30 minutes) to see this dentist. I am one of those people who hates going to the dentist because my experience is always horrible. However, for the first time ever I had a great experience! Be aware ! This Dr will take x-rays and say that multiple teeth that are healthy need root canals and crowns which is charged for thousands from dental insurance companies I'm not the only one that had to go through this with him. Beware this is not a place that will help you or care about you. I went there last October because I was having pain in a tooth. Dr. Jung said I need 11 fillings due to receding gums. My last dentist or orthodontist never said this was a problem. I let him put 2 fillings where I was having pain. The pain never completely went away. Last week, I went back to my previous dentist. I was told the filling was not on the area by my gum. Dr. Jung missed that spot. My previous dentist prescribed a tube of extra fluoride toothpaste. That cost $23. When I walked in Dr. Jung's office as a new patient, I felt like he was trying to get as much money out of me as he could. read more

After our first visit we knew we would be back with the rest of the family. Great job from their entire staff. Update: We changed our rating to a 1 star since their billing is absolutely horrendous. We paid everything up front and 6 months later we get a bill that shows 60-90 days late. No previous bill and they will not return our calls about the bill. Had my first appointment today and was very pleased. I arrived, about 15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork, and was waited on a couple of minutes after. Had X-rays taked of my teeth and gums examined. This is the first dental appointment I've had in about 10 years and I have to say it was rather seamless. Dr. Jung went over the the status of my teeth and gums, talked about recommended cleaning, and directed me to the front to go over pricing and scheduling. I was done in less than 45 minutes. BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. I came without insurance and they wanted to make a buck off me so they said I had 23 cavities and I absolutely had to fill all of them. After reluctantly filling a few of them, I got a second opinion from another dentist who said I only had two and the mere thought of having cavities in the double digits was a huge red flag. He said that was ridiculous and that he couldn't see what this dentist saw, even after doing extra x rays. Completely unethical practice. read more

5 stars for as good as it gets when seeing a dentist. I'm pretty happy with my visit. I very much dislike seeing a dentist, so much so that I have not seen one in years. My last experience was not very good. Dr. Jung has a good bedside manner, and took the time to explain procedures. His staff was wonderful in making me feel at ease. I especially appreciated the gentle approach by Dr. Jung and his hygienist. The front desk person spent a lot of time explaining billing and the Invisalign/Clear Choice braces, which I am seriously considering doing through Dr. Jung's office. The best dentist's office I've been to hands down. I knocked part of my front tooth out when I was younger in a stupid accident, and I've been fighting it ever since: had three root canals and two crowns on the tooth. To add insult to injury, my permanent crown that I had previously was kind of translucent and the tooth had bruised under it, so it looked like the top half of my tooth was black! When I started having pain again I found New Season Dental, and holy crow it's been amazing. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, and I wasn't certain if I needed an implant or a crown, but Dr. Jung and Tina kept me super informed about what they were doing, how much it might cost, and why it was necessary. I'd never had any clue why my tooth had changed color--Dr. Jung was the first one in TEN YEARS to explain that teeth can actually bruise! The dental assistants that I saw during the process were also lovely...it's the first time I haven't left the dentist with bleeding gums! On top of their awesome attitude towards their patients, the work that they did on my front tooth was top notch. I have some odd white spots on my teeth, so it's hard to create a crown that actually looks like a natural tooth for me. Dr. Jung worked really hard to make sure that my crown matched the shade of my teeth and he was actually able to replicate the white spots on the finished crown! For the first time in ten years I have a smile that looks normal! I can't even feel the difference between the crown and my natural teeth. Overall, ten stars for this practice. I've made several visits to New Season Dental, and they really stand out from the others because of the friendliness of the staff, Dr. Jung's expertise, and less importantly but equally impressive, the way the office is decorated! It has a feng shui feel to it; very inviting and reassuring and makes one feel so relaxed. Tina is so diligent in making sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed, and tenacious in keeping the insurance providers in check. Dr. Jung's style is also painless. Very unwelcoming. My son and I went to New Season due to the convenience in distance. About 6 mos ago, they wanted to do expensive Scaling treatment, so I got second opinion on price from previous dentist (who is too far away from me now.) Previous dentist did procedure for $100 less. When I tried to return 6 mos later to New Season, they said they would not take me back, because I needed to do follow ups with previous dentist. Previous dentist said that was not true. Not a good place to go! I needed a new dentist for my partner and myself (new job, new insurance) and New Season Dental was close by. We made appointments for our twice yearly cleanings and were informed they would also have to do a new patient exam along with the cleaning (okay, that's fine). I had my appointment first and when I went in the dentist (Dr. Jung) said he would do the exam first. He did the exam and took x rays. What came next was an hour long explanation first with Dr. Jung and then their billing person about all the things wrong with my teeth. I had a cavity that was close to the nerve so he wanted to do a root canal since doing a normal feeling would probably mess with the nerve and lead to doing a root canal so we should just start with the root canal instead (what the hell?) and I had several other cavities that needed to be done as well. All and all we are looking at $3,000 after insurance. Also let's start with that and not worry about doing your cleaning till after all the work (you know, the reason I made the appointment). So after the lecture from Dr. Jung and time spent in their little dark room with the billing person who wanted to make sure I had the money to pay and that we got that up front, they let me go sans cleaning. Hour and a half total for x rays and "exam". I had a follow up appointment in a week to get started on the stuff. I was upset about how bad my teeth apparently were and was working to get finances in order to pay for it. Meanwhile my partner went in and had his appointment. He has a dark spot on one of his teeth that he's had from childhood and it's never been an issue or gotten bigger, it just shows up on x rays and dentists usually just keep an eye on it. It's not a cavity, just a weird spot. He hadn't told Dr. Jung about it yet when Dr. Jung flew into a whole thing about how it's an awful cavity and a root canal must be done! Not only that but he has other cavities that must be done too. He tried to send my partner into the little dark room of thievery, but my partner stopped him and instead requested he get the cleaning he had come in for. Dr. Jung said they took all the time they had on the exam and x rays. My partner didn't back down and said he had made an appointment for a cleaning and insisted he get his teeth cleaned. (He has been upset to find I didn't get my cleaning even though that's what had gone for) Dr. Jung acquiescence only after saying that he would only do it since there had been a "cancelation" so he had time. My boyfriend then had to endure a ridiculous amount of scraping on his teeth from a completely archaic method of "cleaning". Both my partner and I get our teeth cleaned twice a year and have since childhood so we know how it's supposed to go. Dr. Jung used old methods that are harmful on teeth and unnecessary with the current technology and tools. My partner left and told me he would not be returning. I still was unsure on how to proceed since I did want my teeth cleaned and any problems fixed before they got worse. I sat on it for a couple of days before New Season actually reached out to me two days before my appointment. They were calling to cancel it since they had accidentally overbooked the slot. They wanted to reschedule with me then, but I just said I would call back later to reschedule (lucky out!) I never called back. I ended up finding an even closer place, Sedona Dental. I made an appointment with them for a cleaning. They did x rays again (I didn't feel like going through having New Season send over records) but actually gave me a cleaning (which was great with current tools and no over the top scraping). They then addressed some of my issues. I had a cavity and two old fillings that had broken and needed replaced. No root canal, dark room, or $3,000 to speak of. They didn't try to asses my ability to fork over $$$ before even treating me. They did all the work over the next week and total cost to me: $120. I was thrilled and so grateful I didn't go back to New Season. Oh also, after about a month I got the insurance statement regarding my x ray and exam from New Season. They had charged the max amount to my insurance for both things. Several hundred for the "exam". Again, no cleaning. It's the first time I felt bad for my insurance company. New Season is a SCAM! They have their hand in your pockets the second you walk in. They'll say anything to get your $$. Dr. Jung is a con artist who shouldn't have a medical license. read more

The staff is like family. They are all very professional, friendly, concerning, and like family, they are truthful and caring. I am very comfortable under the care of the staff and Dr. Jung. They are all passionate about their place in the health and welfare of my oral condition. I am later in my life, and I have lost many teeth to gum disease. When I came to their office, I have never felt judged or ugly. The dental work done has been pain free, replacements have fitted perfectly and are comfortable. I have never had an issue with insurance or finance. Everything is stated up front, as there has never been a surprise. Unfortunately, my job requires me to cancel sometimes. I am not berated. On the contrary, I am quickly rescheduled. Every visit for these years has them giving advice, giving encouragement, and giving a smile when I leave. It is the same smiles that I get every time I walk in. As some have stated already, my wait is long enough for the receptionist to ask about me, my family, my recent life experiences. The dental assistants work diligently and when done, they return to acknowledging my life. Dr. Jung's show and work provides calmness, as he is very passionate about his field of work. Staff was very welcoming and sweet. They made me feel comfortable and were always checking in on me. I was there for a wisdom teeth consultation and I felt that Dr. Jung took the time to explain the X-rays, panoramas, and findings with me. He was very clear, succinct and knowledgeable. Although I was not suited for wisdom teeth surgery at his clinic without IV sedation, he was able to promptly refer me out to an oral clinic. While I was there, I had my teeth cleaned and it felt longer than usual which was pleasantly surprising because I felt like Dr. Jung was trying his best with care. I don't plan on returning. The dentist was nice but the staff messed up with billing. I was seen in April and knew it had been about a year since my last visit with my former dentist. They requested to do full mouth X-ray and panorama. Because I previously worked in a dental office I told them I did not want the panorama because I didn't think it was covered (insurance only covers so many). The dental assistant said she would check with the front office manager to see if it was covered and came back stating it was covered and I wouldn't have to pay for it. So they did the unnecessary panorama (I have never had a cavity in my life and my teeth are perfectly straight). Again no issues found and I proceeded with the teeth cleaning. Afterwards the dentist suggested I get braces which I pretty much thought that was a scam-never had issues with my teeth. I just blew it off and decided not to go back. A few weeks later I had a bill that stated my insurance did not cover the panorama so I called and the office manager refused to make any changes. I paid out of pocket for a stupid x-Ray I didn't need. Please read all the reviews I saw that I am not the only one that had issues. read more

Update :: Just went to the dentist in TN - where I have been going for my entire life before moving to CO. I paid a premium $160 for a teeth cleaning. I've been assured that DO NOT have gum disease or cavities(only 1 in whole lifetime). They also advised me to NOT return to this dentist. :: Typical, scammy dentist. I would not recommend this place. I have had excellent dental health and hygiene for my entire life. I went to New Season for a simple dental cleaning. This is my experience. The hygienist tried to take my blood pressure 6 times and failed because of a broken machine. They measured my gums, took x-rays and told me they recommended a "deep" cleaning, a cavity filling, and that they wouldn't be able to do a basic cleaning that day. They tried to direct me into a consultation room to "discuss my options" with the receptionist. I insisted that all I needed was a teeth cleaning today and the receptionist told me that they would not be able to provide that service. I was unimpressed with the process which resulted in a denial of basic healthcare just because I didn't want an upgraded level of service. Additionally, the attitudes of the receptionist and the dentist were cold and unconcerned. I will definitely be going to another dentist who can fulfill my simple request for a teeth cleaning. read more

I purchased Groupons for my husband and daughter to get x-rays and a cleaning. He refused to clean their teeth, instead saying they needed all this extra dental work and to come back. He said my daughter had a ton of cavities (she is 19, was at the dentist about a year or so ago and no mention was ever made then -- and she has fine dental hygiene) and it would cost $1300 -- wouldn't even clean her teeth. He said my husband had to come back for four appointments for a deep cleaning. Again, good dental hygiene and at a dentist about a year or so ago. This guy UP SELLS. Be forewarned: he does NOT honor his Groupons -- he just wants you to keep coming back again and again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more
