I am soooo happy I found my son a dentist who is so understanding and knowledgeable. I feel he is taken care of here and highly recommend this dentist! The whole process from check in to check out was a breeze and I don't mean quick. She is thorough. From the minute I gave the front desk his name they immediately started to talk to him as though he was the patient (because even though he's only 5, he still is!) and genuinely cared to hear his responses. I loved the decor and the branding. As a Creative myself i can tell she really took the time to utilize her branding as an EXPERIENCE. Upon check in they gave him a basket to carry throughout the whole process. They gave him tokens at each "event" like after he got his Xrays taken... and the after cleaning... so that he would be able to purchase something toward the end of his visit. LOVE THIS. It kept him engaged and worked hard to pay attention and cooperate through the visit (THANK YOUUU) From the X-ray tech treating him as though he was at Disneyland (no joke about that) to their mascot taking a snooze right next to us... to the canoe chairs they lay in... to the TVs they can watch while getting their teeth cleaned... I mean I could seriously go on!! My son thinks this place is a vacation and is begging me to go back Yes, take your little one here even if you have to drive a bit to get here (like I do!) you won't regret it. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place mainly for one reason. The head dentist was very pushy on doing the most procedures on my 4 year old son. Recommending pulling multiple of his teeth. Made us feel bad as well about wanting to take a more conservative approach. Once I mentioned looking for a second opinion the energy completely flipped. One of the front desk ladies was really nice and noticed how uncomfortable I was and told me she even takes her kids to a different place locally. read more

My son is always happy to come here, even though he's usually very uncomfortable with medical procedures. They are experienced and patient and have the coin rewards system where the kids get a prize at the end. They're not just a fun place, they're high level professionals. The only thing I wish were improved is the waiting area - they had originally set it up to be super cute with a tree house and tablets and a bug terrarium, but now the tablets barely work and the bugs are dead. read more

This is the most fun place for kids dental care. The whole office is "camp" themed, with canoes for chairs, a camp store for prizes, and TVs for short attention spans. Dr Fulford spent almost an hour with my kids reviewing their health and dental care. She talks to them easily and is super general and engaging. She was very helpful with advice and listened to my concerns. My kids loved the waiting area play area and watching Moana during their cleanings. read more

Words cannot describe the dental office Dr. Rae runs. She is the most amazing pediatric dentist not only in Colorado but this whole country. She is the gentelst and most carrying person. She employs the most amazing staff. They are all loving and gentel. Our kids ask when they will go to the dentist, again. Something I never said in my life. Dr. Rae and her staff take all 3 of our kids at the same time and work diligently to make their experience pleasant. They have always accommodated us with any requests we have had. Dr. Rae was amazing! It was the first trip to the dentist for both of my little guys (H is 2 yrs, and F is 9 months). The office had so many things to entertain the boys, and was decorated in a perfect camp theme. Another highlight was the camp dog, Montana. He was patient and tolerant of both my youngsters. When Dr. Rae brought us back for the appointment, H was first up. H is a very curious boy, and she spent a lot of time with him showing him the gloves (birthday cake flavored), mask, water squirter, and suction tool. When she finally asked him to lie down on the exam table (shaped like a canoe), he did so instantly! He watched TV on the ceiling while she did her exam, and educated us on what was happening in his mouth (two new molars), and what we should change in our oral hygiene routine. H got multiple prizes for good behavior throughout! F was next, and because he was younger Dr. Rae had me hold him in my lap, while she did a quick exam and showed us how to brush his teeth. He didn't seem as excited about it as H, but he is only 9 months, so what do you expect? Overall the boys had a wonderful time, and I know they will do well when we go back. We had such a wonderful experience here! I took my toddler for his first appointment. We were in a room that looks like a living room-nothing like a dentist office! My toddler was immediately at ease. The staff is amazing, as is the dentist. They played with him, gave him toys, and made it as positive as possible. We loved it! The absolute best most amazing dentist for kids we've ever had! They take their time to get to know their patients and they never force them into anything that makes their patients uncomfortable. Not to mention the theme is just beyond adorable. They always make us feel right at home from the balloon animals to the camper tokens and let's not forget the therapuppy! I was so nervous for my sons first dentist visit, but we could not have picked a better place. The staff was amazing! The place is great, he played with books, they had tablets, cute decor. Truly can't say enough positive things about this practice and all of the team members. Today was our first visit on a less than straightforward situation for my son. As you can see in the photos the design and decor are beyond cute and all tailored to make an exciting and comfortable place for kids. Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful and excellent communicators. They went out of their way to look into insurance and communicate the treatment plan with me explaining the estimated cost to me out of pocket. I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and effort in this space. From the moment we were called back my son was greeted and given a bucket and told he would earn tokens along his journey - what a neat concept. Each staff member approached my son with patience and took the time to explain every step along the way in an effort to keep him informed and make him comfortable. I was really impressed with this detail that is incredibly important in pediatrics and very much appreciated as a nervous mom! Dr. Rae was equally as impressive. She evaluated my son, provided her opinion and gave me options to choose. Once I chose to have my son's teeth extracted she worked to have us fit into the schedule that day. Her approach to care and the way she's built a practice is truly unmatched. She should be the national model for pediatric dentistry. This was the best experience we have ever had at the dentist! The kids loved it so much they can't wait to go back! Al the Staff were kind, polite and very caring. We didn't feel rushed or anything. Also for someone without dental insurance they have a great package that you can purchase that makes it affordable. They aren't pushy about it at all and they allow you to decide how you want to move forward. I never once felt pushed into anything, their integrity was a breath of fresh air. I am a mom, business owner, and prenatal/postpartum/pediatric chiropractor in Lafayette! I was blown away by Camp Little Tooth! What an experience!! We were looking for a pediatric dentist for my kids (currently 3.5 and 1.5 years old). We initially went in for a check-up a few weeks ago and then we had a follow up for a "sugar bug" and for sealants on my son's teeth that were going to be prone to "sugar bugs" due to the hypoplasia of his enamel. From the first phone call with their incredibly friendly staff, I knew this place was a gold mine. When I walked through the doors it was the cutest business I have ever walked into. The detail inside is the most spectacular I have seen. If you know much about Disney and their parks, you know that they have analyzed and assessed every little scenario and feeling a guest should have and this is exactly what Dr. Rae has done with her office. The entire office is designed to look like camp. It looks like a log cabin, the dental chairs are like canoes, the bathroom is an "outhouse", the kids collect camp little tooth coins, the staff calls the kids "campers" and the dentist the "camp director", the list goes on and on and on. After you meet the friendly staff, you enter this beautiful office, and your kid lights up at the "park inside", you then get cared for by an exceptional dentist. She made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my kids and gave wonderful suggestions for their continued care. The way Dr. Rae and her staff treat the kids is the cutest I have ever seen. They have sweet ways to distract them, they reward each positive thing the kids does with coins to buy fun things from the camp store, they sing fun songs, use fun terms, and then my favorite part... Dr. Rae makes a balloon animal for each kid! Yes, she does this, not her staff, no matter how busy she is. I cannot get over the unique and exceptional care and experience our family received. I didn't have my husband with me the first time, but told him he had to come for the filling to see how amazing this office is... of course, he was also in awe. I recommend Camp Little Tooth for every family! You will be impressed by Dr. Rae and her staff and their openness to holistic types of care that many families in Boulder county have. This place is amazing. The decor is so cute. The staff is quick to get you in (I have a 2.5 year old), and set up a movie. Dr. Rae and her wonderful staff is amazing!! From the moment we walked in the doors the kids felt at ease and happy to be there. The whole building is designed with kids in mind. From the adorable camp tree house, iPads in the tree wall and books galore on the book shelf. With canoe beds and the tv's overhead to watch their favorite show/movie! The visit was complete with a stop at the camp gift shop! My kids love earning their camp coins and shopping with their own hard earned money! This dental office was planned with love and care and it shows in the details. The office promotes a relaxed and friendly camp my kids love going to! They said they would rather go to Camp Little Tooth then the arcades. Once you get past the details and the amazing atmosphere you then realize how genuinely caring Dr. Rae, Leah and the rest of the staff are!!! The staff was wonderful at engaging with the kids in the visit. The kids were also encouraged to ask questions about the steps that were going to happen. The kids all felt relaxed and knew what was going to take place. Getting all three in went so much easier then I could have ever imagined. It was all because of the care and support of this amazing team!!!! They were so helpful when the little one needed an ER tooth visit. I called and they were able to have us seen with in the hour! Dr. Rae was so calm and took the time to earn the little ones trust to check out his injury. I left feeling grateful to be able to call them our Pediatric Dentist. The electronic intake form involves multiple pages and hundreds of checkboxes and fields that all need to be checked/filled. It won't let you go forward or back until they all are filled correctly. The error message says that the missing fields are highlighted in red but they are not, so it's impossible to figure out how to proceed. Infuriating. read more

This place is amazing! I had so much anxiety about taking my 3-year-old to the dentist. Simply brushing his teeth is often times a battle. How would we make it through an entire exam!?! Well...he loved it! From start to finish he was smiling and having fun. It really did feel like being at camp! The decor is outdoor themed and the place is spotless. The kids earn tokens by completing portions of their dental exam which can be turned in for prizes at the end. The equipment is kid sized and kid themed. Montana their service dog is adorable and so well trained. Dr. Rae is knowledgable, kinda and fun. The entire staff made my son feel comfortable while teaching him about dental hygiene. Don't recommend this place for 2 reasons. 1 we found out they conducted a procedure without the consent being signed beforehand. 2. For my daughters appointment, i called a week ahead of time to see what the out of pocket would be after insurance and was told the insurance hasn't gotten back to them after it was submitted 6 months ago. And that they'd know 24 hours ahead of the visit. But if I weren't to agree with the amount quoted, id be out of the cancellation time frame and I'd be on the hook for cancellation fees. I then asked if they could find out sooner and i was told that i could contact my own insurance if i wanted to. Very disappointed in this practice. We liked the Dr Rae, but the customer service & Professionalism from front desk was none existent, carelessness was on full display the times we've visited & called. Time to move on. read more

Dr. Rae is an angel. She is passionate about what she does - and she does it so well! She reassured me as a nervous mom- even taking the time after hours to call me and develop a plan/weigh out different options. My 5 year old had a bad cavity on one his his back molars and we opted to pull the tooth and put in a spacer until his adult molar comes in. He did so well! Dr. Rae and her whole team are super good with kids- kind, funny, and patient. I felt so taken care of and so did my son. He loves how he gets to pick a prize from the camp store after his appointment and the handmade balloon octopus Dr. Rae made for him was just the cherry on top of an overall wonderful experience. This is the most creative and adorable Dentist. Dr Rae and her team are kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I was impressed at their ability to do all the procedures while keeping our 4.5 yo and 2 yo calm. She is kind, patient, fun, and thorough. She explains dental problems to me as a parent without pressure, just professionalism. The entire staff is personable and works hard to make the kids feel comfortable. They have a token reward system that gives kids a positive experience throughout the whole visit. We had a FANTASTIC experience with Dr. Rae and her staff!! It was our 2-year-old son's first dental visit, and it went so well.
