From the minute I gave the front desk his name they immediately started to talk to him as though he was the patient (because even though he's only 5, he still is!) and genuinely cared to hear his responses. Upon check in they gave him a basket to carry throughout the whole process. They gave him tokens at each "event" like after he got his Xrays taken... and the after cleaning... so that he would be able to purchase something toward the end of his visit. LOVE THIS. It kept him engaged and worked hard to pay attention and cooperate through the visit (THANK YOUUU) From the X-ray tech treating him as though he was at Disneyland (no joke about that) to their mascot taking a snooze right next to us... to the canoe chairs they lay in... to the TVs they can watch while getting their teeth cleaned... The cement on the spacer came off and they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to fix their own mistake. Not to mention she has already had multiple major gum infections from said spacer. The setup they have due to covid is wonderfully organized. You have to arrive 15 mins early and stay in your car till the previous patient is not in the same area as you. They scan you for your temperature upon entry. Sad part was that only one parent was allowed. I'm sure it was for the better cause I was already riddled with fear. Thankfully the staff and dentist was kind enough to let me FaceTime while I sat outside. The staff was kind enough to walk my husband through the steps, provide information on dental hygiene at our daughters age and get them setup in a room for the dentist to arrive. Dr. Bryan was our dentist. He was super friendly to introduce himself to my husband and me over the phone haha. Answered all our questions and really took the time to talk to us. He checked our daughters teeth and also did a quick clean. He is strong cause our girl is a fighter haha. He was able to hold her down in a way that wasn't painful or scary as a parent. I'm definitely the type to be like "uhm no, stop please." But she was in good hands. At the end, she got a sample toothbrush, toothpaste and a little toy for her bravery. As a parent, it can be very nerve racking going to any doctors appointment because you worry about your baby. But I'm soooo happy I chose West Metro Pediatric Dentist. Since we had multiple medical professionals say no and 1 lactation consultant say yes we decided to go to someone who specialized in this and get a second opinion. Dr. Yip and her whole staff were beyond nice, knowledgeable, and super great with our newborn! They have an adorable office, especially loved their "meet the team" wall with staff pictures but instead of them as adults it showed all of them as kids... so cute! Though it was very out of the way for us, it's nice to know that Clover Kids is around and we could always go back if we don't like the new office we are all going to start going to.

I had an emergency that landed my 4 year old daughter in the ED and advised to bring her in with her dentist, I called her original dentist as soon as they opened only to have staff and and tell me they were actually closed... and offered me whatever appointment they had next, however when your toddlers teeth tore through her gums and had a tooth fracture due to a fall on her face that just wasn't acceptable. I called this place and they got me in that morning, the providers were knowledgeable and they had kid- friendly amenities, it was really a no brainer based on the service i received for me to switch, my husband really liked this place to and did my daughters follow up where we had determined the teeth had died and had to remove them to prevent any further damage for her adult teeth, as the parent who set appointments for the kids the fast friendly service I received from the front desk was stress lifted off my shoulders. So 10/10 for the teamwork and putting the client first because at the end of the day it was my daughter in the hot seat. And she actually wants to go back !

They really LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist especially because of the PRIZES and everyone is super friendly and gentle. My kids have been going here since it was Little Britches and it has only become better since Dr. Jennifer Rubin took over the practice. She has a very calm manner and I love the way she talks directly to my kids to explain to them what she is doing during an exam. It is fun (there are clouds hanging from the ceiling) and the space has big windows all around, so a sunny beautiful light filters into the rooms. The chairs are pink, there are games in the lobby, and there are tons of kid-friendly toothpaste and fluoride flavors. They even have a kid-size panoramic x-ray machine. I learned today at Dr. Rubin even does expanders for kids with Invisalign (early ortho work). They take Delta Dental Insurance and they have laughing gas available for the kids who need it.
