I would like to thank Harley for everything him and his staff did for me. If it wouldn't be for him I don't know what to do, I went to the emergency department at Lakeland waited for two hours then went to Bartow hospital the doctor came did nothing and charged$150.00 for nothing. I split my tongue and they did nothing I called my dentist Dr Plunket (awesome dentist) and asked him for any suggestions they said they would call an oral surgeon they called me back in minutes, they said new teeth now would see me as soon as I got there. When I got there everyone was so nice I only had to wait a few minutes and they brought me in, the doctor came in he was the nicest person you would ever meet. Several months later I am still trying to get that to where I was before this nightmare started. They had put 2 mm screws in each of the six implants I think they took two or three out and replaced them with caps so that my gum would just go over it but they decided to leave a few in and now I'm having to pay more money to get these screws out and caps replaced so I'm so close to being done with that nightmare I can't wait till it's over so probably will end up being at least a year and a half of the nightmare not being able to eat or chew, Just the worst experience I've had in my entire life!! read more

I was recommended to this facility by a friend in my development, she knew about the terrifying experience that I had, in Maine, having my general dentist, assure me that he could do my implants, from extractions, placing the implants and the Temporary teeth all complete, when I awoke! I foolishly trusted this dentist because I believed in him, and could not have imagined that he was so unskilled that he couldn't even figure out, how to make teeth that fit! I knew that I was going to have to have someone who came highly recommended with great reviews! After much research and visiting New Teeth Now, my husband and I knew that we were at the right place. Less than 8 months later, my teeth hurt, after my having gone through a hell, from start to finish. My Maine Dentist became frustrated because, even the final set looked awful and he commented that it seemed like I was blaming them! I have been thrilled with everyone there, being so nice and professional. I was actually pretty anxious some of the time, but the Drs. Nurses and Techs were sure of them selfs and everything was fine. After what I went through, it was sooo nice to have everything, taken care of for me!!! There is a lot that I cannot say regarding their guidelines. Therefore I submit to you what I can say. And you can read between the lines. I paid them upfront, and the staff never turned in my claim nor my pre-authorization, so they wanted more money out of pocket before the implant could go in. It took three years to finish, and then my insurance paid, so I recovered my money. The implant was a horrible mess, and it took another dentist to straighten it out. They took no responsibility for what they did to me. Then, I was promised a free implant on my lower left side. When it was time to do this, they reneged, saying that the whole bottom row would have to be pulled out before they would give me this "free" implant. These teeth are in good condition, and I don't need to pay over 22K for perfectly good teeth. In fact, one of them is an implant done by someone else. You see a lot of stars, but I wonder if he promised a lower rate; who knows? All I know is they are not what they appear to be, and God help you if you pay upfront. I have practiced being honest all my life as a Christian; I wish they were. The guidelines are numerous, so don't expect the whole truth from here. What goes around comes around. Tried to make an appointment with this office for a minor surgical biopsy of small patch noticed by my general dentist. Made a request for an appointment and provided all necessary information. Was told I would receive an answer the following Monday since this office would need information from my general dentist etc who is always closed on Fridays. So I waited about a week and called with a reminder. Was yet again told I would be provided with an answer as to if this office would perform the procedure or not. Still haven't received the courtesy of a response. It's not like I would be a charity case. I have very good dental insurance with quick claim and payment times. My appointment was on 08/12/2015 to extract 4 impacted wisdom teeth I have Aetna Dental insurance and paid roughly $221.00 compared to $700.00 I was quoted from 3 other dentist. This review has been in the works for quite some time but for some reason I never for a chance to finish it so here it goes.. I have non-existent veins. Things like giving blood and regularly testing are a task because for some reason I'm not blessed in the vein area. So after three attempts Dr KirkPatrick was finally able to start up an IV line which is amazingly good considering my vein issues. The removal itself was fairly decent, not much swelling or bleeding. The pain didn't come from the extraction but from my lips being torn. Being that the surgery itself was so complicated, I wasn't to upset about it. At the end, the doctor was only able to remove the left wisdom tooth fearing of nerve damage for the right side. I was eating solid foods within 2 weeks of having the surgery. Definite success and will recommend to anyone. read more

I went to Dr. Musser to get a job completed because the original oral surgeon that was fixing my mouth surprisingly decided to retire halfway through the job. This office, just like three others I went to in Lakeland seem to have no intention of granting me two lower implants. This assistant told me that I could "Talk to the dr. about what I wanted but in the end, he'll do what he wants." They take the 50 bucks it costs if you pay before the appointment, $150 if you don't, the dentist comes in and has a nice chat with you for about ten minutes. Then they are glad to have persuaded you to go away, and they do politely make it clear, we are not doing what you want done. It's a great pre-retirement plan. read more

I was out of network and they refused to work with me on monthly payments as I had to be in network. They were wanting $1500+ for the 4 teeth to be pulled.
