We had to jump from chair to chair about three times to have all these different women pick up where the last woman left off. The design I chose was simple (I've been doing my nails for years now and this is one of the simplest designs I've chosen) but for some reason they still struggled to understand what to do and how to do it. Near the end, some appointments came and they began rushing. Two women began working on me at the same time. One hand in the air crossed and the other one at the woman in front of me (see picture); it was honestly a shit show. For two simple sets, my cousin and I ended leaving at 1:30 pm. 10:50 am to 1:30 pm. Come on now. They ended up charging me $120 for just my nails (never have I gotten charged that much for something so simple). And then had the audacity to laugh at the $10 tip I left after all of that. Went for a spa pedicure and gel manicure which they did at the same time. At first I thought "oh I can't look at my phone now" but it was so nice to be disconnected. When I say it was relaxing, I was almost dozing off. The foot massage that was part of the spa pedicure was the best I've had in years to the point where after she asked if I wanted a 10 minute back massage - didn't have to ask me twice! This was a real spa quality massage. All services combined came to $98 which in my opinion isn't bad being how I felt so catered to. They are a bit on the pricier side especially when you get a design but I don't get my nails done elaborately that often for it to be a problem. I usually don't have an issue getting the appointment I want if I call at least 2 days in advance but I've also never been there on the weekends so I can't speak for that. When I arrived I was started immediately. Very carefully my pedicure was performed perfectly. My finger nails needed extensions, sns powder, with gel and a sweet design. I couldn't be happier. I love the matching color, my nails shape and the softness of my feet. I'm looking forward to returning.
