When I went, they took a long time to do my nails and the nails were chunky. I went back and they spent a long time fixing them and tried to argue that the powder didn't last well or had to be thick because my nails were so short. I've gotten powder done of my short nails many times in the past at the salon across the street and the service was quick and there was never an issue. In the end, they did a good job fixing my nails, but it took hours of my time. She drilled too much and had to redo powder entirely on one nail. I think there are better options for a dip powder gel in the area. The lady doing my nails kept trying to make it seem like I needed to get gel-x or a different service because powder gel wouldn't work for my short nails. I wonder if they were really trained well on how to use powder gel and if this is why I had such a weird experience. My nails were literally irritated by the end and after a week, I took these right off.

The manicurist started working on me while another customer's nails were still drying and completed my manicure in about 10 minutes total. Unfortunately, the quality of the manicure reflected the rushed service. The polish application was uneven, sloppy, and lacked attention to detail. Overall, the manicure felt careless, and I left very unsatisfied with both the experience and the results. First time there and when made appointment did not tell my husband was cash only. Had to zelle money. Place was old and run down. Bathroom was like a third world country. When I arrived I was started immediately. Very carefully my pedicure was performed perfectly. My finger nails needed extensions, sns powder, with gel and a sweet design. I couldn't be happier.
