Near the end, some appointments came and they began rushing. Two women began working on me at the same time. One hand in the air crossed and the other one at the woman in front of me (see picture); it was honestly a shit show. For two simple sets, my cousin and I ended leaving at 1:30 pm. 10:50 am to 1:30 pm. Come on now. They ended up charging me $120 for just my nails (never have I gotten charged that much for something so simple). And then had the audacity to laugh at the $10 tip I left after all of that. So I gave this place a go. This nail salon was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I urge you to take your money elsewhere. To begin, the woman who greeted me (rather cold) had a face mask on and was knitting on the couch...This is not your living room! This is a place of business! Talk about unprofessional. So instead of being judgmental right off the bat, I tried to form some kind of conversation with this woman. She was extremely impatient with me, very short and was constantly checking her cell phone when doing my nails. When you're doing someone's nails, I understand phone calls happen and you must tend to them...i.e jotting down apts. However, it must of been a friend/relative because she was shouting and making the experience unbearable. She even chucked one of her nail tools at one point. I literally had to take my AirPods out and plug them in to my ears. I was willing to do anything to block her out..mind you, I'm the only one in the salon. Then she proceeds by being extremely aggressive with my hands (twisting and turning them all sorts of ways) Then yelling at me to relax. Don't catch an attitude with me because you can't nicely ask me to turn my fingers a certain way. I got the SNS powder, a cute little ombré moment and just guess how much it cost me for a MANICURE? 60 bucks! The audacity. My go to lady is 40 (sometimes less) and I tip her so nicely. When I tried to pay at the end, the machine conveniently didn't work so I had to go out of way and run to a bank. I was so tempted to not tip this lady but I did out of the kindness of my own heart. The color itself was nice, but she filed the heck out of my nails. One in particular looked so unnatural. Please beware of this kind of service. An attitude goes a LONG way with me. I'm so thankful for my regular nail place. This was a last minute decision before vacation. Always stick to your tried and true...lesson learned! I will never come back. Please treat your costumers with more respect.
