When I called back, I was told about some other car or, pick-up problem and that it would be another few minutes. I had also explained to her that I was dealing with being stalked and did not want to stand outside at 11pm any longer than necessary. I requested that the driver call me when it arrived. I went back inside and waited another 5-10 mins. I called again to ask if the cab was still coming, as it had now been 30 mins since I initially called for the cab. The dispatcher was very short with me and said I'd been calling "every fricken 5 mins." I wanted to ask her if, she knew how to tell time. Instead, I asked her if, she knew the difference between 15 & 30. I also asked why she felt she could speak rudely to me when the cab I'd ordered was taking twice as long as she'd stated. She hung-up on me. This is not the first time a dispatcher at this cab company was ill-organized. Nor, was it the first time I'd been treated rudely due to THEIR disorganization. Though, it'll probably be the last time I call this company for anything. No wonder Uber & Lyft are doing so well, here. Aug, 20th, 2022

If their wait time is longer when you're inquiring on the phone and you let them know you're going to look for a different cab, the drivers will text you threatening messages. Cost now is higher than Lyft when it's later at night @ 20+ bucks for a ride.

He was definitely not happy to have to put out luggage in his van. We loaded two suitcases upfront with us. We gave him the address that was 4 miles away. His sign said $2.75 per mile but he said $25 flat fee. We agree to the price. On the way to our vehicle he asked why we didn't use a hotel shuttle. He stopped at our vehicle and as he unloaded a couple suitcases I unloaded the others and was placing them in our car. My wife paid him and he started swearing at her about a tip and said to use the shuttle next time. He never put anything in his computer or called in on his radio like I see all other cabs do before they start the route. I am sure he pocketed the money dishonesty to the company he drives for. Never again will we use this company. If I wasn't with I don't know what he would have done to intimidate my wife and kids. This man deserves to be fired immediately!
