When I called back, I was told about some other car or, pick-up problem and that it would be another few minutes. I had also explained to her that I was dealing with being stalked and did not want to stand outside at 11pm any longer than necessary. I requested that the driver call me when it arrived. I went back inside and waited another 5-10 mins. I called again to ask if the cab was still coming, as it had now been 30 mins since I initially called for the cab. The dispatcher was very short with me and said I'd been calling "every fricken 5 mins." I wanted to ask her if, she knew how to tell time. Instead, I asked her if, she knew the difference between 15 & 30. I also asked why she felt she could speak rudely to me when the cab I'd ordered was taking twice as long as she'd stated. She hung-up on me. This is not the first time a dispatcher at this cab company was ill-organized. Nor, was it the first time I'd been treated rudely due to THEIR disorganization. The owner drives like he's drunk and does not maintain his vehicle well. His vehicle has a front end allighnment problem which is a safety concern. On the other hand his driver is extremely nice.
