She is so gentle and thoughtful in her approach, and is really great about thinking outside the box to find solutions that work for us. I truly cannot recommend her enough because she has made such a difference in our lives!

I was rarely able to leave home, be around other people and would constantly persecute myself for perceived past failings. I thought the whole eye movement thing was hocus pocus, but was at such a low point I was willing to try ANYTHING. Unbelievable, it WORKS!!! Through sessions spent doing eye movements or just talking, we have worked through decades of trauma and I feel like a new person!!! I don't let the weight of other peoples judgement drag me down and have let go of decades of pain and anger. I'm now walking lighter and happier in the sun. Thank you, Vickie!

She seems to recognize the memory issue, AS a symptom, not non-compliance. I highly highly recommend her. I've heard good things about the other folks there too.

I start by explaining how my life was made whole or transformed or became a joyous yet peaceful existence because of Hannah Cole, and then I profusely praise her for being (in so many ways) a savior to my psyche. It was Hannah's unwavering support that led me to transform how I perceived myself, and that transformation happened due to a therapy known as Internal Family Systems (IFS). When Hannah mentioned IFS early in our sessions, I pretty much dismissed it. When she mentioned it a second time, I decided to view the video about IFS that she recommended. Well, IFS turned out to be my Golden Ticket to finally understanding myself and bringing together all the aspects of my psyche, which led to transforming a life of past grief into a life of present joy.
