This is THE way to visit the LI Wineries. We were 2 couples, not celebrating anything specific but have always wanted to visit the Wineries. Mark, our driver, was outstanding. We felt special and pampered the whole way. We didn't have to check in for anything, everything was taken care of for us. He told us he would keep us on schedule if we wanted to spend more/less time at each place. We went for the 'wine and dine' package but we actually wanted to take a tour of a winery also so I mentioned that when scheduling. Dana was great by giving us different options that had an additional fee or even no additional cost if we were able to be flexible. New Vines Tours is best Hamptons wine tour service I've ever experienced. They provide even more than they promise at a fair price. NVT came recommended to me by Duck Walk Vineyards in 2015. I tried to organize a trip out East which ultimately, I had to cancel. Dana and Mike were incredibly understanding and professional. I didn't forget this and wanted to work with them the next chance I got. Fast forward to my bachelorette party April 2016, organized by my BFF/bridesmaids. Dana replied to emails promptly and eloquently. She was accommodating when we had to make changes. On the day of the party, Mike arrived right on time (to the meeting spot on Staten Island!) dressed professionally, and helpfully loaded the clean Mercedes Sprinter van with the cooler and gift bags. My friends had to stop to use the bathroom TWICE in the two hour trip, but Mike did not complain. He very happily found two restrooms for them to use. The vineyards themselves will be reviewed separately. Dana was at the first stop and set up our (pretty tasty) lunch. At our second vineyard, Richie took over for Mike as our driver/host. He was just as professional and helpful. Mike and Richie offered to take us to a third stop -a vodka place. They were mindful of our demographic. Mike, Richie and Dana, went out of their way to make this a great experience. I highly recommend this business. Working with Laurel directly made the experience feel personalized and our business was appreciated thanks to her attention and quick replies. Great party bus and driver was extremely kind and accommodating. No issue with the bus or reservation. For several years in a row we used another Long Island wine tour company and there is no comparison to New Vine Wine Tours. We booked New Vine Wine Tours for my bachelorette party this passed weekend and they were incredible. From booking with Dana to the actual tour, the level of service was exceptional. Mike showed up right on time and patiently waited as all 12 of us got organized to take a big group picture. He then helped us all in the beautiful and brand new Mercedes bus and poured us sparkling rosé to get the day started. He was the consummate host and even allowed us to tack another winery onto our tour. When we got to the first winery, Dana was there to greet us and drop off a delicious meat and cheese plate. I loved that personal touch. Later in the afternoon it started to rain but Mike was ready with an umbrella to make sure that we didn't get wet as we got back into the bus. Pains me to leave this, but we were pretty disappointed with the overall experience. I worked with Dana to book a bachelor party. She was excellent, responsive and did a great job relaying information back and forth. She had recommendations and was very informative. As far as her service is concerned I cannot complain. That's about where it ended, though. Our driver was very nice and prompt. However, I was with a group of guys who very much value music and unfortunately the speakers in our car were broken in the back - they were hanging out of the side of the inside of the car and didn't work. You could see the wires hanging out. Not hugely critical, but a disappointment nonetheless. Next, where we had most of the issues was with the wineries and although as I said the actual service was excellent from New Vine, the wineries I believe are reflective of New Vine, as they were all recommended to me. Mercari Vineyards - Beautiful location, great wines. However, upon arrival there was much confusion. They checked us in but then our waitress came back about three or four times not understanding what we had previously booked through New Vine. After finally understanding what we were getting (wine tasting), we decided to order some meat and cheese. The waitress literally took a box of meat, cheese and crackers and dropped it on the table and walked away. We felt like we were on an airline, just being dropped off food by a steward. Pugliese - laid back, live band, bar-style tasting. Wine was ok, nothing great, but out of a group of 9 guys, 8 didn't like the lunch selection New Vine provided. They thought it was just ok, but not great. Expectations on food were not met overall. Bridge Lange Tasting Room - good wines but horrid service. Bar tender was so rude and snarky when we checked in she was seriously confused when I told her I had an appointment for a wine tasting. She snarkily asked me if I meant a "reservation". Unreal. Then the worst part was they were so cheap with the wine. Barely a 1/2 ounce wine tasting per glass. Everyone was pretty floored at this. When I followed up with Bridge Lane online they refused to acknowledge the issue and defended the server, claiming that 2 ounces is the "standard tasting size dictated by the NY SLA." Whatever that means, it wasn't 2 ounces and how cheap can you get? read more

From start to finish Dana was highly responsive, patient and accommodating as I worked to plan my sister's bachelorette weekend. She helped me every step of the way as my plans and preferences changed and was honest and clear with winery recommendations. The limo she arranged was clean, comfortable and right on time and fully equipped with everything we could have ever needed. All winery reservations were taken care of without any issues. New Vine Wine Tours helped me create a beautiful Bachelorette gathering for my best friend, on 8/15/15. From the very beginning Dana was extremely helpful and professional. Any and all questions I had (and I had A LOT) Dana was patient and answered them all quickly and accurately. I couldn't have asked for better service. We were picked up at exactly 10am, and preceded to Long Island were we were set to go to 3 different Vineyards. The first was Osprey Dominion, which was held outside. We were greeted by Dana who had a cheese and cracker platter set up for our arrival. We still want to know what was in that cheese ball; it was so good! We spent about 45 minutes here (we arrived very late due to traffic) and then headed off to Pugliese Vineyard, where we again were greeted by Dana and our beautiful lunch set up outside. The food was delicious!! I had a Spinach salad with chicken and it was huge! By the way, if you're into sweet wines, the Bella Maria is the wine for you. We actually purchased a bottle to have with our lunch. We spent about an hour here and then headed out to our last destination, Vineyard 48. If you're into the party scene, this is the place for you. The DJ was great, and the bucket sangria was just what we needed to top off our adventure (this is not included in the tastings). I would caution you that by this time (3-3:30p) there are quite a few people who have already been at this party & enjoying themselves for some time, so the crowd can be just a bit rambunctious; we still had an awesome time. There were only two slight bumps in the road. First our original vehicle had to be changed due to mechanical problems, so it was a bit cramped in the vehicle that was sent. Secondly, our Driver didn't enter our destinations into his GPS ahead of time, which caused a few delays in reaching each location. But these were very small bumps, and it really didn't affect our overall good time. All in all this was really an amazing tour and all 9 of us ladies had a blast! If you want great service with a courteous and understanding company, I recommend (and already have to a few friends) definitely giving New Vine Wine Tours a shot. K.C. read more

I booked New Vine Wine Tours to celebrate my class graduating from medical school. Lorelle returned my calls and provided info right from the start. She was able to work with our school's contract requirements and the large number of people on the tour (50-100), both of which can cause headaches. It really felt Lorelle had our best interests at heart and wanted us to have a great experience. The day itself was amazing and all my classmates raved at how wonderful the experience was and how much fun they had. The first vineyard, Raphael, was a little more upscale and we had a calmer tasting with a cheese plate. We then moved to Laurel Lake where we had lunch and dessert and additional tastings. It was truly the best of both worlds. It rained throughout most of the day but that didn't even dent our experience. The rest of the staff, including the drivers and Sue, were also so friendly. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. There were over 50+ people expecting me to carry out a wine tour and New Vine Wine Tours delivered beyond our expectations while eliminating the pressure and allowing me to also enjoy the day. The new vine wine tours was a great way to see a few wineries on Long Island. We got to taste some wonderful wines at a few wineries while Richie kept us safe driving us from place to place. We enjoyed the conversation in the car with Richie as we saw a part of the Island I had never seen before. Dana had attention to detail in planning our stops. At the end of the evening, we had a fabulous dinner at Paces outside with views of the water. Raphael winery was an amazing place for wine tasting and I would highly recommend exploring these wines since they tasted like nectar from the gods. We enjoyed the wine tour since new vine wine tours seem to specialize in this activity and could take us around with no worries as we focused on the important task of tasting!
