I payed for my glasses and because I did not go pick them up immediately (I was experiencing medical issues at the time) they returned them without giving me a call beforehand. They are refusing to give me store credit or a reimbursement for what I have already payed. I have now lost over $100 and have no glasses to show for this. I'm very upset with how they handled this.

His customer service is top-notch, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was genuinely kind and patient throughout the process. Dr. Alina was also wonderful! She was very thorough with my eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It's obvious that the team truly cares about their patients and doesn't rush through appointments. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. My 13 year old son was struggling to choose his very first pair of glasses, and they let us take all the time we needed. At one point, a staff member mentioned that if he didn't see anything he liked, they'd provide his prescription so we could look around, no pressure at all. That completely sealed the deal for me. Our last place was so difficult about giving me my prescription, so experiencing this level of genuine customer service was amazing. Fair prices and top tier service! As my father's caretaker, I help manage his medical appointments and healthcare information. However, she refused to communicate with me and insisted on speaking only with my father, despite the fact that he does not always know or remember all the necessary details regarding his care. Her attitude seemed especially dismissive because it was close to closing time. The staff member who brought my father in was also unprofessional. She appeared rushed throughout the visit, was overly impatient, and made uncomfortable facial expressions toward my father that made him feel unwelcome and disrespected. I would not recommend this office to families bringing elderly parents or grandparents. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect, especially older adults who may need assistance from their caregivers. Based on our experience, the customer service and professionalism at this office were very disappointing.

I informed them that I would be purchasing my contacts from somewhere else and suddenly their exam and fitting prices went up significantly. I paid a copayment, they billed my insurance and still claim I have a balance due. They are shady and unprofessional.
