Their service was FANTASTIC. They had 3-4 staff on hand as dealers running the tables the whole night. They took care of setup and cleanup, and they were wonderful. They patiently and repeatedly explained the rules of the games and helped those of us who had never played before understand the strategies and methods. And they were all just great and fun people. I paid the extra $40 for delivery and everything was ready in about an hour. If you have any type of event, and especially if you need a dance floor, you need to call Dave's. I placed my order with Dave's 6 months prior to my wedding, I was called two weeks before my date to get a deposit to place an order for some items that he did not have available. I asked if they wanted the full amount but was told 100.00 was enough to get the order placed and the rest would be due at the time of pick up. The Woman I spoke with told me everything could be picked up the Thursday before my wedding. Thursday night rolls around and she calls me apologizing that a large order was the same day as mine and she was working her hardest but that my order wouldn't be ready until Friday. Ok, no problem so Friday after all the setup is done and I have not heard anything from them I call to see when I can pick everything up. The woman explains that my order is still not ready and now will not be ready until SATURDAY that day of my wedding. I was so upset and ask to speak with Dave. Dave was extremely RUDE he told me " If I wasn't wasting his time on the phone explaining things to me he could be working on my order" and " I didn't even GET ANY MONEY out of you until two weeks ago" this man should not own a business as he has no clue what customer service is. I was in tears when I got off the phone and was so upset and preoccupied though my whole rehearsal dinner. I didn't get the order until Saturday and had to fold 175 napkins which put me behind for pictures and as a result made my guests wait longer for the wedding to start. He is a horrible business owner and I will continue to tell everyone I know about what he did to me. He does not deserve or appreciate your business.

Hard to get a real-time response from 'Valerie', over 2 weeks of messages. So that makes it hard to know they're legit. No storefront. No phone calls back, only texts over 7 back and forths (makes 14 texts total!) even after 4x I asked for callback. One of the texts was 5 paragraphs long. Does it really hurt so much to call your customer ready to rent? You know what works for BouncePro callback? I stated "I cannot do business unless I hear from a real person, and that business relies on a call back." The response: a call 10 mins later, stating "I don't appreciate your text. I have things to do." Wow. I'll find other place or another kid-friendly thing to rent. Easy peasy.
