He did not show up on the day he was supposed to clean the pool but told the office that he did. I was home all day and have a witness to confirm that. He had his equipment laid out by the pool but then picked them up and brought them back to his truck. I followed him out and asked him if he was leaving and he said "Oh you want your pool cleaned?"
