I heard about Michael and his crew from a friend and was hesitant to take the plunge to have someone manage the whole thing but am I glad I did! Michael and his guys are knowledgeable, transparent, attentive and most of all: professional! They fielded all my questions in a respectful and friendly manner, broke down what every part of the service they'd be providing and have been on top of it since I've started working with them. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.
