I was connected right away to their executive assistant, Roberta and immediately set a time for that same day. I went and helped with the design Two sweatshirts embroidered in less than 30 minutes. I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. I've found my forever custom-shirt company. I cannot overstate how great of a customer experience it was working with I heart Custom Shirts. I realized that i didn't have much time to get a order of approx 40 shirts for an event and contacted them for an estimate on a thursday evening. They got back to me first thing the next day and when i couldn't get them all the details on friday, the *owner* responded to my emails on Saturday helping me get everything finalized and ready to go. He (and their receptionist) were super responsive and a joy to talk to... it was apparent how much they cared about their customers (i look accusingly at some online custom shirt makers that seem to actively dislike their customers if they need to talk to a human). So customer service was great, but you know what else? The cost for even this relatively small run was competitive with the online retailers and the quality was BETTER (digital full color print). That competitive cost was at the per unit level... because they are in San Jose, I was able to pick them up the day the printing was complete avoiding both the cost and delay of shipping. AND, you are supporting an actual local family owned business in the south bay. I truly cannot see a reason to ever go anywhere else. read more

Started out great; found them trough yelp projects explicitly stated 2 items would get done. Contact came fast after I tried to confirm we lowered our sample size to 1 item, but then got a response that now even 2 items would not be possible and the minimum is 12 but they would accommodate to 6. Was looking forward to have them be our go to embroidery service shop since they are small and local. Too bad now I have to find another place that will be able to sample 2 items and take on a 300 item order. I would not recommend based on principal. Do not say you can do 2 and waste my time by upping the minimum to 12 and then say you are accommodating me by doing 6. Best of luck read more
