He caught stains I didn't even notice! He has a great eye for detail which is soooo important with the accident that happened on my couch. He took his time to ensure it was done right. I called Allpro Carpet Cleaning and booked an appointment to have them see what they could do. The gentleman from Allpro arrived on time, was very friendly and seemed quite passionate about cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing my mattress. They had several service levels you could choose, from just a basic clean steam and extract, to a full featured sanitize. I opted for the full service as I really wanted to ensure a clean fresh mattress. He was finished in about 30 minutes at 3PM and I was sleeping on my dry & clean mattress by 11PM. After a couple days, I was still not satisfied with the smell of the mattress (it was a memory foam pillowtop which could easily hold on to stuff more than a traditional mattress & no one else in my house agreed that there was even a smell but I could smell it) so I called them back half expecting to have to fight to get them to return and work at it some more. Not only did they return within a couple days, they happily executed another more thorough clean and brought with them a special enzyme shampoo which effectively eliminated all odors. I can not recommend this company enough to someone who wants a real professional with a passion for clean. Allpro all the way!

Upon first contact with Cleanol, when inquiring about service, I felt assured that we were dealing with a company that is very experienced, honest and forthright. We were given an estimate over the phone based on information I provided and told that the service person would give us a firm quote upon arrival, at which point we could either proceed or send them away. The technician, Peter, arrived at the scheduled time, adjusted the quote fairly and proceeded to get to work. He could have easily declined the job but was compassionate about the situation and worked diligently to deal with the stains. I had to leave for an appointment and was not the least bit concerned about leaving Peter alone in the house while I was gone. I am truly grateful for the courtesy, compassion and professionalism with which we were treated. The obvious extra efforts taken in dealing with very old stains are much appreciated.
