I have been coming here during the past couple years since I live in the neighbour and this place has pretty food reviews. A big plus here is they submit your insurance expenses directly so you don't have to worry about anything. However, i'm not sure if they do it for every insurance company though (mine is with Blue Cross). The schedule is usually filled up quickly as they are quite busy so book your appointments way in advance. Sometimes you can get lucky when people cancel their apppointments. I recommend Michelle and Kevin Kim. They are both knowlegable and give very good massages. read more

This place has a wonderful, peaceful environment and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, well maintained, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Once you enter the space, all you'll feel is calm and peace from the warm colours and decor. They are able to submit directly to your insurance provider, and their online booking system is intuitive and easy to use. There is also plenty of free parking around the area. Kevin has been a tremendous help with overcoming a nagging sports injury, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for massage therapy. Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely fabulous place for a good treatment. Everyone I've seen have been awesome and they know their stuffs! Just met the owner, Michelle. Wow. Her personality really shows her commitment to you business. I really highly recommend this place for everyone of my friends and family. They do direct billing so no need to 'pay no and wait for reimbursement' bs. Love the receptionist. Wonderful lady and so much fun to talk to. Nothing better than a beautiful smile to greet you as you enter this premise. I'm so impressed with all of the staff at New West Wellness. I'm seeing Jaspreet for chiropractic work and Nic for massage therapy and they're just fantastic. You never feel rushed and always feel like they're 100% focused on you. Before treatment, you're given plenty of time voice your concerns, discuss how you've been feeling between visits and talk about the course of action going forward. They both explain everything they're doing throughout the appt and are always checking to make sure you're comfortable. I came in on a Monday for a RMT massage, called in about 2 hours prior and asked if there was any openings and to my surprise there was =) * yippy*. The receptionist on the phone ( Heather) was very pleasant and explained to me the procedures and paper work ( if I wanted to fill out out online or come a bit earlier ). Getting there was very easy- I love how theres free parking everywhere on that block. Its 2 hours Free parking. Decor inside was simple, clean and not too overpowering. I really liked that Michelle ( owner) actually came out to the waiting area and introduced her self. Not many owners do it! . Now to the massage: Nazila was my masseuse- She was great and could pin point a knot with her eyes closed !! She was great, always asked if there was too much pressure or not. Love how she took a extra few minutes in the beginning to demonstrate a few excersises for better posture. Massage was an hour and definitely worth it. Booking my appointment was super easy as they are set up on the Jane App. Both of the receptionists got me in and out in a snap. I saw Dr. Jaspreet Kalsi for my first Chiropractic appointment ever. She was very pleasant, super down to earth and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly and shared a lot of knowledge with me, which I greatly appreciate. Will definitely be back! Love this place! I've been undergoing chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Liska almost weekly for the last year due to a motor vehicle accident. She's great to work with and will adjust just the right spots! She was also super flexible when there was some confusion from my adjuster about coverage. I also see Nick for massage therapy and he is the BEST RMT I've ever been to!! He utilizes your time effectively and makes sure you're getting the massage you need. He knows exactly how to loosen up those muscles and really seems to be committed to ensuring your pain relief/comfort. Defininitely won't give you a half-ass massage. He also takes direction without issue regarding pressure. Very easy and comfortable to work with! Would recommend him for sure. I have also found that the front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating! As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed and welcomed. Always look forward to my appointments here! We moved to New Westminster last fall and I had to find a new RMT. And since I'm also pregnant, I had no idea who offered pre-natal services. Since this place was very close by home, I thought I'd give it a try. I went for my first pre-natal massage with Karen today and it was amazing! The owner Michelle came out to greet me personally, which is great service! I booked the massage online, through email enquiry, and Michelle responds very quickly, although I didn't realize it was the actual owner responding! I booked a one hour massage with Karen and I am definitely going back in two weeks because baby is going to make my muscles sore again! Karen is amazing! They had a pre-natal pillow for me, so that I could lay on my stomach and it's very comfortable. She really helped me loosen my muscles and made sure she got all the soreness out. She even told me things I could do at home to be a bit more comfortable or help loosen some really tight spots. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a good RMT. My husband even plans on going himself Oh another great thing about this place is that they will enter your extended coverage (ie blue cross/ great west life) for you! That's a huge bonus for me because then I don't have to send in my own paper work! read more

I came to New West Wellness to be fitted for compression stockings. The staff were very accommodating in scheduling and rescheduling my appointments, and the wait time from order to delivery of the stockings was less than a week. A few practicals: NWW can be reached by car (with street parking), or by taking the 128 bus, which runs along 8th ave between 22nd St and Braid St skytrain stations. I don't know about credit, but I know cash and debit are accepted. read more

Awesome - I see Casey for massage and he is a master at his craft! I was in a car accident over a year ago and also work at a desk all day so I was just a wee bit messed up and stumbled upon this place purely by accident as the vet I was taking my animals too was right next door. Over the course of the year, not only has Casey managed to make all my whiplash symptoms subside but he has managed to also help me reduce the number of headaches I was suffering from. I continue to go for massage as I love the results and how much better I move about. The centre itself if quite nice, warm and welcoming and oozes relaxing "vibes". Went a while ago to see Elise. I'm a bodybuilder so I like a firm, deep tissue, squeeze my muscles till they hurt type of massage and this is what I told her I wanted. I've tried many different places and never found anyone who was able to give me enough pressure to even make a dent, until I met Elise. Holy smokes. She is the only one i've gone to that has been able to give me the type of make some people cry massage i've been searching forever for! Thank you! I have only been seeing Dr Liska for two months and I couldn't be happier with the results! I had lower back pain that was so bad I could barely walk 10 steps without feeling like my legs were going to give out. After my first visit with Dr Liska I felt significant improvement and my pain had disappeared. I continue to see her every few weeks and she keeps me pain free. The RMT's at New West Wellness Centre truly have a gift, with they're amazing way to work the troubled areas. After just a few massage treatments my back was fixed !! I have also gotten pain relief after seeing Harry the acupuncturist. Dr Canil (chiropractor) has been very helpful in dealing with a long standing pain issue. The center is clean and calm.
