Notice after that the glass pops out has a scratch, and is not flush. I was never told I needed to buy new to have it be flush I was never told buying oem/ used might not line up. Maybe they care about other customers more than me they want to say it is my fault for not getting a new window. I called them to get a new window. I don't recommend.

Finally after five tries, my agent got AGN on the phone, and the very rude representative at AGN said, "We are way too booked up right now to take any new jobs, please stop calling us." Then they again hung up. The next morning, I received a text from AGN Glass LLC, "AGN has received your glass claim and would like to schedule an appointment, please call us. So I did and told them about my experience. Angela could not have been nicer and more apologetic, but too little, too late. No problem, AGN, if you don't want customers, that's fine with me. I told the agent that I had requested quotes from other companies and she said that Glass America would meet or beat any price I received. I received a quote from another company which was a good bit lower that Glass America's, so I called Glass America. When I spoke to them, not only was the price higher than what they quoted initially, but they also refused to honor their word that they would meet or beat any competitor's price.
