I'm from New York and have lived on the Gulf Coast for over 15 years. This is, hands down, the closest traditional NY pizza that you can get on the coast. This place is our go-to for REAL pizza. Most of the negative reviews, I think, come from people whom really don't know what traditional NY style pizza is. Many people down here on the coast consider Pizza Hut or Dominos to be top-notch pizza. My favorites from this place are the pizza (of course), the NY Special hot sandwich (truly amazing but it needs to be eaten asap because it is kind of messy), the calzone, and the Chicken Parm sandwich. My only knock on the food are their salads. I really wish they were a bit more interesting than iceberg lettuce and shredded mozzerella pizza cheese. Service is always good too. Everyone is usually pretty friendly and they do their best to get your food out fast. The inside/decor of the restaurant also is reminiscent of pizzerias in NY. Its not classy but it is exactly what you would expect a pizza place to look like. Reading thru other reviews, I had to laugh when one reviewer said that the area is a bit "sketch". LOL! Seriously? This is Gautier, Mississippi. The whole area of HWY 90 thru Gautier (and Pascagoula) is "sketch". As a woman who usually picks up from this location all by myself, I can honestly say that I have never felt unsafe there. Go to their Ocean Springs location if the sketch has you that concerned. All of their locations are great and the food is very consistent. Overall a great pizzeria that we will continue to frequent. Highly recommended. read more

Very good pizza! Served piping hot! It had the right amount of topping to crust ratio and the toppings were first rate. The crust is some of the best I've had! We did takeout, so I can't talk to the service. We did order and pay for two extra sauces and didn't get them. read more

I love this place. If you're a fan of New York pizza, this is your jam. Thin crispy crust, plenty of tomato sauce, and served piping hot. This is by far my favorite pizza. The staff is so nice. However the pizza is alway hit or miss. It's never the same. It's always over cooked on the bottom with bitter spots or it's undercooked and you've gotta finish cooking it when you get home. However the staff is lovely. read more

The pizza is average but not unpleasant. They do have the standard variety of toppings and follow requests pretty well ( I always get extra sauce and my pizza well done). I never "eat in" and always get it to go. The area is a bit "sketch" as the kids say... there was apparently a domestic dispute going on next door at the laundrymat, which was loud and worrisome. But, you can call ahead and spend a minimum amount of time there. I don't know if they have "specials" but what I had was ok. The service was prompt and courteous. read more

Once again went and ordered 3 pizzas,spaghetti and other items $70 plus dollars and my pizza was undercooked,no pizza sauce maybe a drop it again was so disgusting I refuse to eat anymore of this crap. Please don't eat here overpriced and not worth your money.. read more

This place is a gem. I just moved here 9 days ago and this is my go to spot for pizza. Thin yet crispy crust, no grease on the bottom of the pie. $2.29 for a slice of cheese and most importantly, they do mix and match craft beer bucket for $12 to go. So you pick 5 craft local brews and enjoy at your house. Love it. If you work Pascagoula and live West, call them ahead of time and pick up dinner to go. I was craving pasta. This is the only place I could find with real Italian pasta that was close. Portions huge, sauce is wonderful. I got speghetti and meat balls. The meatballs were flavorful. The meal came with two bread sticks, that were also delicious. I also got the canoli, which was authentic and delicious. I will be back for sure. read more

If you order pizza and go pick it up. There is no reason why this should not be your first choice. A large pizza is like 12 bucks at a franchise. This it's a tiny bit more. But the quality and taste is well worth the extra 2 bucks. You are crazy to go to a franchise when you have this as an option. read more

The people working there are awesome! The food was priced well and good portions, and the food came out fast at the right temperature. The garden salad was large, nothing special; shredded iceburg lettuce, couple of tomato slices some slivers of onions and a large amount of mozzarella cheese. The fry's were the batter dipped kind not much flavor but also ok. The pizza was good, the sauce was slightly sweet good flavor, the crust had a slightly thicker crust than a true NY pizza, and it was crunchy on the bottom, but the crust had decent mild flavor. FYI:The black olives I got we're not ripe so they were firm and tasteless, the mushrooms are canned for those who care. read more

This is, to me, my favorite pizza place and the best New York pizza location. They always get it right. The staff is friendly. I used to stop there almost every day, but due to scheduling I can barely stop by there any more. The slices are an okay size, but they make up for it in the flavor department. We found them located down by Shoe Depot in a small strip mall (beside a public wash-a-teria.) We ordered a plain cheese, a white pizza, and the regular cheesesteak pizza. We also got a cheesy bread. Holy cow - they were all delicious! You could without a doubt taste the ricotta and the cheesesteak was true to its name! We shall be back the next time we stay in Gautier- well recommend (feel bad for not taking any pics) Employees were super friendly!! read more

Finally got around to updating my review. They do have other things on the menu besides pizza although when I come it's pizza that I'm craving. Their menu includes calzones (yum) and sandwiches. My co-worker used to rave about their Steak ala Garden sandwich. I say used only because he retired and lives over an hour away from this location, I don't see him much anymore. Do your self a favor and just go. There's at least one TV in this location so you can watch the boob tube as you chow down. They're in a strip mall just where Old Spanish Trail meets Hwy 90. read more

Amazing pizza and sandwiches! I love this place for many reasons. First off, it's locally owned and the owners are awesome, besides being Yankee fans. I love the fact that you can get just a slice for lunch or an xl for dinner. The ingredients are always fresh and the pizza hot. They put just enough ingredients to make it all twine together. I dont understand what the hype is. I had a slice of cheese pizza and dined in the cramped restaurant. There was an annoying fly and the pizza was bad. It was very thin and the crust tasted bland and had cakey, dusty texture. read more
