They told me that the part would fit my toilet, it did not. They took forever to deliver the part. When I received it they authorized a return so I paid the full return shipping $30, and when they received it they then told me that because the package had been opened that they would not provide any refund. $45 part, $30 shipping and they happily received the part to resell it at my expense. read more

Buyer Beware. I ordered a replacement part for my Grohe faucet that cost over $200. After testing the part, I found that it did not resolve the issue. When I contacted the company to request a return, they denied it. Their reason was that because the part had been used for testing and water had passed through it, it could not be returned or resold. If you need to order online and have them ship you parts, don't do it. After doing inventory upon shipment arrival, I realized I had ordered too many parts so I initiated a return for the extra. Weird that you have to pay for return shipping in 2025, but I digress. After not hearing anything from them for weeks after the tracking said it had been delivered, I followed up. They responded, told me that my return would be denied because the item arrived "dirty" and "scratched". What is even more wild is that the item was never removed from the packaging which meant they shipped it to me this way. I received a faucet cartridge with a broken drill in it and I had to saw it off to length and tap it to work in my customer's faucet, which I could not do with hardened steel in it. So I returned it and bought another and it worked perfectly, but I was told I will not get a refund (112.40$) because they received back a destroyed cartridge. I have been an online customer of NYRP for a while. I am always amazed that they have it in stock and I get it usually with free shipping in 2 days. I recently ordered some parts for my Dornbracht sinks including 4 ceramic cartridges. As usual, I got them right away. I am not comfortable doing plumbing work, and had the plumber come a few days later to change out the parts. Upon arrival but not noticed was 1 of the cartridges that came in a zip lock factory bag that had a cut on the bottom of the bag like maybe someone had previously opened it wrong. When the plumber came to do the replacement, the cartridge fell out of the bag, hit the floor and dented. ( note that I wrote HOT on the bag as I had to look up the part number to separate hot from cold ) I contacted the company and here is their exact reply. "We do not have any and did not have aunty with split open packages. I am sorry but we are not responsible for you dropping the item." I can live with the fact that they are not responsible for the plumber dropping the part, but saying they do not have or did not have any with a slit in the bottom is pretty lame. How do they know that the one I received was not like I stated? Since the plumber suggested some other parts that I should get and could not do the replacement of the dented cartridge, I placed an order with Chicago Faucet Shoppe who also gives great service and has good inventory. My 2 star review is based on their customer service as I had previously had good experience with NYRP. The 2 star is a 5 from the past and a 1 for now. read more

I purchased a kitchen part and returned within the 30 day return policy. They denied the promised refund and stated NOT returned within the 30 day window and not returned in original packaging (which was a plastic bag ( which was ripped open to extract part eg garbage). When I provided proof that the return was around 20 days, they ignored their intentional or incompetent error and insisted that I needed to return the ripped plastic bag. I have a Hansgrohe kitchen faucet and the Pull Out Spray was calcified and worthless. I bought a new faucet but before taking the trouble to swap, I looked for a replacement Pull Out Spray. I found on on Amazon that worked but did not fit snug. I only found 2 suppliers online and one of them was NYRP. I ordered and was informed it was on backorder, I emailed to make sure the part was not discontinued, and they confirmed it was available and I got it a week later. Easily swapped the Pull Out Sprays, then returned the new faucet because I prefer the 5 minute swap of the spray to a 1 hour swap of the faucets, and the spray cost 25% of the faucet. Great service.
